"Hadn't been to a Casa Ole for a few years, but we took our group of 7 to the location in central mall. We were seated immediately and the waitress was fairly attentive. She kept most of our drinks filled, but forgot to refill waters. I couldn't help but notice that she took all 7 of our orders without writing anything down. I don't know if she forgot or if the chef did, but they served several of my friends food they were allergic to, over simply not taking or getting the order correctly. They did so much right, but serving food that the customer has said they are allergic to is a big problem. Thankfully, everyone involved was able to find relief before they reacted too badly, but I am not sure if I will risk it again for my own allergies. I advise that you take extra care to check your food if you need to special order from this location for whatever reason."
