"Atmosphere typical KFC, service was normal kid with I don 't want to be here look. I watched as they were making orders. NO GLOVES! I asked supervisor he said yes they were required and he would address it. My fries were cold, chicken Littles were drenched in Mayo and the chicken sandwich tastes 3 days old and it was cold. And to top it off I got food poisoning... Was up half the night bent over a trash can. This location needs either new employees that care or shut it down. Same goes for the Taco Hell next door."

"Very disgusting. The management of this location needs to be reevaluated. The customer service skills is of a kindergarten student. I waited several minutes to be ask I wanted after watching the employees chat amongst each other as if they was at a kickback relax. They are rude with a attitude as if I had to buy or they don't have to sell me anything. I'm sure the owner of this establishment wouldn't be happy to know this is how business is being conducted. Wast eof time even stopping to attempt to buy lunch. This us the manager that made me wait until she felt like taking my order"

"When I finally got to the chicken, it was just as bad. I have never had such a terrible experience at a KFC before. I called the restaurant to voice my concerns, but the manager on duty was unhelpful and dismissive. Having worked in the food industry for five years, I know my way around chicken. This chicken was hot but tasted old and greasy, leaving a horrible texture. The manager wouldn’t listen to my complaints, and when I tried to speak louder, she just hung up on me. This place really needs to improve. I ended up wasting ten dollars."

"I opted to go inside instead of using the drive-thru, as it had been a while since my last visit to KFC. I prefer looking at the menu in person without feeling rushed. I already knew I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich before entering the restaurant. While I browsed the menu for future cravings, I was ready to place my order. The service seemed more tailored for the drive-thru, so you'll likely get quicker service that way. The staff was busy but very courteous, asking if they could assist me. I received my order quickly and was back home in no time."

"This restaurant definitely needs an updated photo. The new one is stunning, and the interior is spotless. The manager was incredibly friendly, and all the staff were welcoming with a great atmosphere. The food was served hot, quickly, and was absolutely delicious—exactly as we ordered! "How EMBARRASSING!!! The Colonel is rolling in his grave knowing this place is still allowed to carry the name. I stopped going several years ago because of how bad it was. I heard that there was new management so I figured to give another try. I grew up on KFC, and used to love it. Well the service was awful. I ordered a 8 piece meal with fries and slaw. Even though you could clearly see there was food in the warmers it took way too long and when they gave me my food and I was half way to the door I was called back because they forgot to put the fries in with the other food. I am glad they called me back because the fries and the cole slaw were the best part of the meal. The chicken was way over cooked, and what happened to the secret recipe, the chicken was bland and hardly had any coating at all. And instead of 2 thighs I got 1 thigh and one piece that I guess was a part of a breast, mostly bone and a small piece of white meat. The biscuits were like hockey pucks. All in all it was a terrible experience. I should have taken my $30.00 plus dollars and went somewhere else. KFC should send a mystery shopper to this place just to see how terrible it really is, this place is definitely giving the brand a bad name!! BEWARE!!"

"Had a mobile order.the order said it would be ready at 7:13.I understand the building is under construction so I had to go threw drive thru to pick up my mobile pick up. "We ordered 12 piece bucket with the regular chicken that we always order when we go to kfc. The woman who took our order she gave us the 12 piece bucket with fried chicken. When we open it in our table we found she gave us the wrong one. We immediately took it to the counter and showed it. She looked at the screen and said we ordered the fried chicken. Me, my husband, children were there while giving the order, we both got shocked,,after her statement. My children were asking too why did she gave us the fried one, as we ordered the regular one . She put the wrong item in the system and said we ordered that!!! Please we would suggest keep a audio recorder in the store, if you don’t want to admit your mistake!! We couldn’t eat that fried chicken even half of them , as we don’t like fired chicken. Very weird, never expected and experienced this kind of behaviour before in kfc !!!"

"I've had some bad experiences here in the past, but tonight was a pleasant surprise. The chicken was hot and everything was fresh, which is unusual because they usually don't have all the original items available. The pot pie was tasty as well. The fries were fresh, and the biscuit was actually edible this time instead of being overly crunchy like it often is. This is a rare occurrence, but tonight everything was good. They did forget my Pepsi during the delivery, but overall, the food was satisfying."

The iced tea was definitely old and tasted terrible. On the bright side, the chicken was tasty; it's hard to mess that up when it's already pre-battered! "I arrived and placed my order at 11:30 before lunchtime, requesting three two-piece meals with macaroni and potatoes. After paying and receiving our drinks (which didn’t come with straws), we were asked to pull forward. No problem, I expected fresh, delicious food. However, at 12:08, they finally brought our order out. I drove back to work, which is 2.5 minutes away, only to discover that there were no straws or forks, the macaroni was missing, and the chicken was cold. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. I can’t wait for the day when Japanese fast food robots take over; at least then the orders will be accurate, fast, and served hot!"

After waiting for 2-3 minutes, I tried again and said hello. The worker repeated that I could go ahead with my order, so I once more requested the 3-piece tender meal. Unfortunately, there was still no response, and I waited another 2-3 minutes without any communication. Eventually, I decided to leave. As I drove away, I noticed the staff inside playing around by the drive-thru window. Overall, this was not a great experience for a newly opened restaurant."

"While the food was served at a reasonable temperature, there were a few issues. We were supposed to receive a drumstick and a thigh, but instead we got a dry chicken breast. I personally prefer dark meat, so the missing thigh was quite disappointing. Furthermore, the biscuit we received was overcooked—hard and dry. As for my Dr. Pepper, it was mostly carbonation with very little syrup, tasting more like fizzy water with just a hint of Dr. Pepper flavor. I realize that everyone can have an off day, but you only get one chance to make a great first impression, and unfortunately, they fell short. Sadly, we won’t be returning for another visit."
