"Great food prices. I had the fajitas Texan which had steak chicken shrimp. My friend had chicken enchiladas. The guacamole was fresh delicious. Complimentary tortilla chips with the definitely homemade salsa was excellent as well. Strawberry margaritas on the rocks was also delicious. Friendly wait staff. Other than the lights being fairly bright, definitely recommend."

"I like little places like this, because I find that they are a lot more authentic. I only had two gripes about this place, one is that they have great salsa but there's no salt so it's kind of hard to taste the flavor, and that my steak was way over cooked. Other than that the guac, the rice, the corn tortillas (which were huge handmade) tasted really really good. The service was great amazing menu selection lots of variety, definitely something for everybody."

"I like to place a couple of orders before writing a review. My usual order consists of a chicken quesadilla and queso dip with rice. However, today I only ordered the dip and salsa. In the past, the rice has been dry and its flavor has been inconsistent. Unfortunately, today the chips were very stale and chewy. The salsa was watery and lacked flavor as well. Overall, my experience with this place has been hit or miss."

"We’ve had great experiences here in the past, but I don’t know if they are under new management or if we just called in an order on the wrong day with the worst staff… Called in an order, went to pick it up in the timeframe specified. Waited over 10 minutes for my order, which just happened to be sitting on the table behind the counter THE WHOLE TIME. I was asked 3 times if I’d been helped, but seems no one noticed my order just sitting there getting cold. Got home, food was cold and our order was prepared wrong. We called and they said they would correct the problem. Wife went to pick up the correct order, but yet again the food was cold! How, if you are remaking a couple dishes, is the food cold within 10 minutes of calling in the discrepancy!? I am sorry, but after this last experience we are done here. This place was a staple in our great restaurants list (that hadn’t screwed us), but now it joins the ranks of Restaurants we will NOT eat at again."

"Our school recently placed a large order for students participating in an after-school activity, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with the manager, Paul. When I arrived, my order was ready, and the staff even assisted me in loading it into my car. I accidentally made a mistake with one of the orders, and Paul quickly provided us with an extra meal at no charge. The students absolutely loved the subs as well. This restaurant far exceeded my expectations, and we will definitely choose Firehouse for future events."

"This place had been popping up on my feed as a place to try for awhile so I finally tried it. It's location is not really inviting in a rundown strip center in Farmers Branch. It is the bright spot of the strip center though...You order at the counter and then find a table. The workers were all friendly and professional.I ordered a regular cheesesteak and on this I am not sure what I was thinking, instead of fries, I ordered homemade queso and chips. While both were good, in my mind they did not go together in taste quite like fries and a cheesesteak go together."
