"I have been there over a dozen times, had decent meal. Today I had a horrible experience. Usually I call before I pick up my to go order, 3 piece dark and 2 sides. When I called today around 4.10pm I was told that the chicken just came out of the oven. When I picked up my meal, I asked for no bread, sub dc sauce for my onion rings, which is my usual order. I was told that there is a 50 cent up charge! I have never paid extra!! I don’t care for the 50 cents, it’s the policy that matters. I explained the lady that I have never been charged, I was told that the owner wants to charge. Anyway, I got bk to work and found out that the three pieces consisted of a burnt small thigh, small wings and burnt leg that was dry. I had the worst meal ever. This is the last time that I bought a meal from DCs. You have lost my business, not to mention most of colleagues from work as well. You are in hospitality business, learn how to talk to customers."
