"Visiting from Memphis, I read the reviews about the burger, catfish nuggets, and wings. I decided to order 2, nuggets and burger and get wings to go. Great char broiled flavor on the burger. However, coming from the south, this is hard. I expect southern food to taste southern but that was not the case. The food was pretty okay not great but ok. My waiter decided that he would let me mix my own chaser in my drink instead of bringing me the cocktail I requested which was ciroc Obama. After watching and listening to other tables order the same drink and many more and receiving them already mixed, I asked for mine to be mixed as well. He refused and said he had to ask the bartender to do it for me too. I decided on my last day in Washington to not spend it asking for an already mixed cocktail but just go to my hotel and pack. Back to Memphis I go where the hospitality is everything. I would visit again just to give them another try but would not recommend before trying other places to get a better experience. Great vibe on the spot though!"

"The atmosphere and food are fantastic! They offer a diverse selection of bands, with some truly outstanding performances. The outdoor area with sand is a lot of fun, especially during bonfire nights. The indoor space is also impressive—very clean and decorated in a lively style. I've tried different dishes each time I've visited, and I've thoroughly enjoyed everything!"

"We have had several good experiences here. The food was only fair. Went tonight and the crab dip was way over cooked and came out with a bunch of salt teens instead of bread. Had to ask for bread and tasted some chunks of wonder beard for us. The burger was burnt to a crisp. Returned it and instead of making a new one they apparently took it off the bill while I waited for a new burger. When asked she didn't know I wanted a burger to eat. Well I went home hungry as I didn't want the cook to do what they will do when a customer is not happy at closing time. Will not go back. There is a reason the locals won't go here."

"On the plus side, the food was really really good… but it took an HOUR and 50 minutes to get it! (For a table of 3 . We even had a reservation. We were not greeted for 20 minutes, server never introduced herself, or told us her name, and she forgot almost everything we requested. At one point I got up and asked for an iced tea at the bar. They were “busy”, but it wasn’t crazy, there were empty tables and each server only had 2 or 3 tables each. The worst part is the manager (owner? NEVER checked on us or asked if we were being taken care of. There is NO EXCUSE for this kind of service! The receipt had a “choice” of a 30% tip. Are you kidding me? 15 is normal, 18 is for good, 20 or 22 for outstanding service. 30? You need to remove that!Very disappointing experience.And to the owner- I notice you only are responding to the 5 star reviews, and not addressing the others"

"The restaurant is pleasant, but it gets very crowded on the weekends. The bartenders seemed more focused on serving customers they knew, rather than paying attention to everyone. However, there was a bartender and a cook who were extremely friendly. Despite closing soon, they allowed us to stay until closing time. The customer service was excellent, although I cannot recall their names. My boyfriend and I frequent the place often. The music is enjoyable, and there is a DJ who plays great tunes."
