"I love Rita's, but I'm just doing it a few times a year. That's how it was since the last time, and I left today. The employee was very sweet and helpful. But the Custard recipe must have changed. It's NOT the Custard I've had for years. The Custard I know and love is pure white and it's like eating frozen whipped cream. This new stuff is white and it is now like a frozen yogurt consistency. I am so sad that I will not go back!!!"

"Generally, this restaurant is fantastic and it's my go-to spot in Havre De Grace. I always order the house salad with grilled chicken, and I'm consistently impressed by how fresh the ingredients are. Unfortunately, today the salad fell short. I couldn't eat part of it and had to push it aside before I could enjoy the rest. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which came with just a tiny tablespoon of coleslaw—definitely not worth the price given the portion size. I was quite disappointed today, but I plan to return and give it another shot. Maybe it was just an off day!"

"I hate to give lower star ratings, but it's what it is. this place is one of our local favorites, not only was the woman served the ice completely overwhelmed, but not hallo to anyone who went, was extremely busy, even answering a question and when they finally stood there for 10 minutes, we asked them about a certain vegan ice we get each time when we go in and she gave us the lame talk, here it is; our salesman rose the price! first everything has risen on this earth, so why not just increase our price to pay for it? would it make sense? secondly, if they only have a few to a few VEGAN options, why are they going on only one?! so disappointing and I hope the owners can make it right. it was the only ice that doesn't bother our sensitive stomachs. we pay $10 for this one we needed. do not make the money a problem for their customers."

"We definitely won?t be eating here again. I waited for 20 minutes for our food, which would have been completely fine, had the food been hot. It was not. It tasted cold and rubbery, and on top of that they gave us the wrong drink. When I called therestaurant to let them know, the manager said that our food took so long because they had just made it. I explained that thisdidn?t make sense, because the food we received was cold. She never apologized, and she said that the only thing she could dofor us was remake the food (sorry, I?m not going back out to pick up another order of bad food). Just be aware that thisrestaurant genuinely doesn?t care about your feedback and experience."

"We visited on National Ice Cream Day and were really pleased with our choice. This charming local ice cream shop offers homemade treats that are delightful. The staff was working hard, and the line moved quickly. There are plenty of seating options both indoors and outdoors. The downtown Lockport area is an added perk; it's great for walking, people-watching, and enjoying the scenery while indulging in some delicious treats. We’ll definitely come back!"

"Was not a fan. Though I came for ice cream and not chocolate so their chocolate could be excellent I'm not sure!The ice cream was a huge letdown for me. They have no selection and it wasn't even that good. My son ordered an Oreo ice cream and received cookie dough. My wife received chocolate and strawberry and I did not order anything but sample theirs. My biggest issue was the person serving us was almost rude and told us they don't have large or medium they only go by scoops and it made everything confusing especially with small kids. So make sure you know what you want before you order. They claimed they have large sizes however the scoops were mediocre at best."

"Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined. The chicken tenders are not what they used to be, and they're quite disappointing now. They really aren’t worth the price anymore. Additionally, they no longer offer the delicious ranch and honey mustard sauces; instead, they just have prepackaged options. On the bright side, their fry sauce is still great, and the ice cream remains delicious!"

"Last night’s crew (Amira, Lateefah Bradley) was the best! Love getting there and getting to talk with them while they get our order together. They are super efficient and have THE BEST ice cream italian ice in the area. Y’all have to try their açaí bowls as well when I tell you gooooood I mean it! A beautifully presented, traditional Brazilian açaí bowl, the absolute best flavor! Honestly, a week doesn’t go by where I don’t pull up at their drive-thru yeah they have a drive-thru Love this place, give them a try!! "I bought a piece of cake and a crème horn. Both had to be over a month old. The cream was sour like it had spoiled. The cake was crunchy. I noticed the unfriendly attitude of the people working but was hoping the bakery items would taste good. I didn't read the reviews prior to going but completely agree about the rudeness and attitude of the people working not sure if they were the owners or not. Save yourself some time and money and skip this one ! I can't imagine trusting them with a wedding or special event. I wish I could give zero stars but it won't let me."
