"I placed my order at 3:25 and didnt receive it until nearly 5:00. This was not my dashers fault. My first dasher arrived at the pick up time and texted me to inform me that the restaurant messed up my order. They dropped my order a few minutes later. I ended up having 3 dashers accept, then drop, my order. My final dasher waited at the restaurant and delivered 3 minutes after it was ready, since I live so close. It was very obvious that some of my food had been sitting for an hour, while the rest of the food was being fixed. I ended up with cold nachos, cold pizza, and a soggy cheesesteak. The wings, shrimp, and soda were freshly made. Im not sure what the issue was at the restaurant, but my dasher did an excellent job."
