"My friends and I come to order pizza from Big Rob's pretty often and all the other times have been great but yesterday when I ordered through online and picked up my order, it was all wrong. So to start, i ordered the works and added pineapple, and wanted to sub the olives with jalapeños. They did sub the olives out but there were no pineapples.. but i got charged for the add on. I also got a gourmet pizza and added bacon. They called me after i put the order in and said they were out of bacon and asked if i wanted to change it to something else. I then asked the staff on the phone what toppings were on the pizza and they told me it was chicken and red onions so i asked to add mushrooms.. but when i checked the menu, it said the pizza came with mushrooms. So i ended up paying extra for an add on that was supposed to be on the pizza already.. On top of that, I ordered a Garlic bread with cheese and it was supposed to be to come with marinara, but instead, they gave me regular garlic bread and no marinara.. so I was overall very disappointed with this experience.. The food was still good though. i just hope they pay more attention to the order details next time.. My friends and I genuinely do enjoy the food there.. I honestly should've checked the order too before leaving"
