"This is the best restaurant in town! The staff is incredibly polite and friendly, and they're fantastic with kids—my niece absolutely loves dining here. Lunchtime is quite relaxed, but it can get busy during dinner. The prices are reasonable; while they can be on the higher side, the quality of the food justifies it. The portions are huge, even for lunch, so I always end up with leftovers. And the food! It’s consistently fresh; I have no idea where they source their vegetables, but they’re always top-notch. The takeout is just as good, but I really recommend dining in so you can experience the wonderful service—the servers are truly delightful!"

"Was never really a big Olive Grdn fan when it comes to Italian cuisine. Rec'd a gift certificate which brought me here today. Gotta say that I was pleasently surprised. Server was pleasant n attentive. My wife ordered the chicken parm which she enjoyed, me I ordered the soup, chicken gnocchi that I enjoyed n the salmon which came w/broccoli. A tasty n healthy dish. Very pleased. Would I return, most definitely."

"For the new year, we went to Olive Garden! It was a great experience, I?m giving that location a 5-star review. The place is very very clean, and they follow CDC guidelines. Be prepared to wait in your car because for health safety they can?t have people standing inside. After giving them my contact, we were texted min later once our table was ready. Our host Shannon was one of the best I?ve ever seen. She was knowledgeable on the menu and help up with our food selection. She was always checking our table. She got the gift of making guests comfortable. Everyone at our party or 5 were satisfied by her service. The food was Amazing and her advice was spot on. She deserves a raise or a promotion. We will be definitely back and we would like to be served by her again. The manager Ron was very professional and came to great while wishing us a happy new year."

"Olive Garden might not be the most authentic Italian restaurant, but it's a good Italian restaurant and a popular chain. The food is consistently good, if sometimes expensive, and it's always worth the visit in my opinion. It's also one of the few restaurants that has food options that are completely vegetarian, which is sometimes a tricky proposition... Vegetarian safe cheese is not available at all restaurants or on all dishes here or anywhere else, but at least there are some options at Olive Garden."

"I have eaten here many, many, many times and consistently enjoyed it. Last week, I did not! The chicken parmesan was two small pieces of overcooked breaded chicken topped with a bit of sauce and some cheese. Seriously?! It didn't even resemble a decent chicken parm. For $17, it certainly was not inexpensive. And a few skimpy tablespoons of spaghetti with sauce. Seriously?! You would think pasta was $100 rather than $1 a pound. Ridiculous. And our waitress was lousy. I specifically asked her to make sure our entrees didn't come out until after we had finished our salad. She brought them out when we were just starting our salad. Then she wanted to start clearing our dishes when we were still eating. WTH?! She ignored all verbal and non-verbal cues that we did not want to be rushed and, frankly, ruined our dining experience. It will be a LONG time before I return here. Went to Carraba's this weekend and had a much better meal and experience."

"For some reason, we decided to give Olive Garden a try since it had been a few years since our last visit. Upon arrival, I noticed the bar was pretty much empty. I asked the hostess if that area was first come, first served. She told me that it wasn't possible because the area was dirty. I looked over her shoulder and then noticed the many plates all over the bar and on every single table in that section. At that point, we should have left. We were told that the wait would only be 10-15. Unfortunately, it took over 45 minutes to receive the text informing us that our table was ready. It was quite obvious that they were understaffed. Dirty plates were all over the restaurant. Our server was nice and the food was good, which helped. I loved having the option to substitute the noodles for broccoli to make it a healthier option. These two reasons are why the rating for this restaurant is three stars. However, I would recommend that if a person felt compelled to dine at Olive Garden, they chose another location because this one needs help!"

"Kayla was an exceptional server—attentive, humorous, and knowledgeable. She truly enhanced our dining experience! For my meal, I had the Shrimp Scampi, which was a lighter take on the classic. It featured asparagus, tomatoes, perfectly cooked shrimp, angel hair pasta, and a light lemon garlic butter sauce. I was thrilled to find such a lighter option on the menu. Our birthday guest chose the Grilled Chicken Margherita, topped with tomatoes and mozzarella; however, it was a bit bland and could have used more excitement. Everyone else was pleased with their "Tour of Italy" entrees. The Fettuccine Alfredo was slightly light on the sauce but still tasty, satisfying a craving for something richer. Overall, it was a delightful meal made even better by a fantastic waitress. Well done!"

"We arrived within 40 minutes of closing and I was not expecting great service but we were traveling and didnt have more than a handful of sit down options. Our waiter definitely had a long day and was visually tired but still stayed professional. I think he knew we were not there to milk the breadsticks and salad which was also a nice change for him. While I would have usually wanted a slower meal, we let our waiter know we were halfway through a 5 hour drive and from there on, we had a mutual feeling of eat and move which got us our appetizers and meals to the table and out the door in 30 minutes. Shrimp scampi was nice with a light butter cream sauce, good enough to eat again after reheating that night but would not have saved until the next day. I have not eaten at Olive Garden in years but for the speed of service and quality of food for the price, I will stop again on the road for sure, especially traveling along the northeast 95 corridor."

"I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the chicken gnocchi soup was! Salad was fresh, and the chicken Alfredo was good. My only complaint is that after we finished our meal, our server stood at the end of the table and scraped the leftovers from our plates into the salad bowl. It did not help with digestion. It looked like a slop bucket by the time they were finished. I personally feel that left overs should be scraped beside bus tubs in the area dirty dishes are placed. I get that it saves time, but most people don't find it appealing to look at their own leftovers on the plate in front of them after a full meal. If this is a company policy, it should definitely be changed. Other than that, a lovely experience."

"We come here all the time and never have a problem that was very different tonight. "I decided to visit this restaurant after Red Lobster next door left my 89-year-old mother and me waiting for half an hour without water or service. Despite being busy, Bartender Laura expertly managed the challenging task of serving six bar patrons and five seated customers all on her own! She was incredibly calm, patient, and attentive. The bread was fresh and served hot from the oven, the salads were crisp and fragrant, and the spaghetti and meatballs with marinara sauce were delicious and fresh—plus, there was no attitude at all! I will definitely be coming here all the time!"

"Where to start. The waitress was not very nice. For some reason she just did not like us. I asked for soup and said if i try to eat my husband salad then i will be charged. Cause they charge per person. Then when my soup came out she looked to see if I was eating my husband salad. "We had a party of seven for my wife's birthday, and unfortunately, her chicken marsala was disappointing—the seasoning just wasn’t right. However, everyone else’s meals looked very good. The service was excellent, which we appreciated. Sadly, the next morning, I woke up with diarrhea after having the shrimp scampi. It could be the oil they used for cooking. We have never experienced anything like this at any of the Olive Garden restaurants."

"Stopped here for dinner to go and it was easy to order online, fast service and a friendly delivery to the car, guy. The only thing was, when I checked the order after already arriving home it was missing sauce...YES, as in, NO SAUCE over the pasta and no side sauce, which were both requested. Talk about upset!!! I contacted the Manager immediately and he made it all better for me as his apology was sincere and he returned my charges plus, gave me a gift to grab another dish. You ROCK!!! I 'm not going to lie!!! Everyone who knows me, knows that OLIVE GARDEN IS MY SPOT so, I was no longer upset once he addressed the problem. I unfortunately, had pasta with no sauce so I saved it. The next day, I went to grab sauce to complete the meal, even though, I didn 't want to go outside but, I also didn 't want to toss it either). "we had been in a because not in columbias restaurant, had taken with curbside pickup by pandemic. we were on the 12th fairytale. they don't have enough staff, so we sat for 45 minutes for a table while the restaurant was half empty. the staff in the lobby must see the 3 people they had, as hostess had the rude manage. very cold, blunt, yes most time vs. ja ma’am or sir have not even heard, good afternoon, or how are they? they were in prison. woman who took out orders on computer screen was just as bad. three people who do not speak English and have not understood came in. they went past hostess to return as if they met someone. the older hostess followed them. they literally chased her back to the lobby and announced the whole lobby they had just found one table and sat down. instead of helping and explaining to them before the hostess, she stood over the lobby and cried to stand there to wait for a table that she was so obviously upset. just before we sat, a picturesque hostess entered for his shift and he seemed much better to be with manage. our waiter told us he was new, so I would be in order. but he left our salat without telling and never came back. I had to get up to find someone and ask for tellers. five more minutes before our waiter came, fell down 3 teller and took off again. no bread sticks, no cheese on the salad. the food came finally, and that was good. she must have done the lessons from the hostess stand. when her table asked her questons, she would answer that nothing was curious about her. cannot ask for a check in this restaurant because they have the machines they want to do themselves. the personal needs a lot of work. we will not be back long with any business until this restaurant gets its stock together. I can only assume management is terrible."

"The place was pretty busy so it gets 2 stars instead of 1. And though no fault of the restaurant a table near us had 3 women with about a half a dozen kids that were not supervised. Loud yelling, climbing all over the floor and the ladies just sat there. The place was so loud my husband and I couldn't talk unless we raised our voice which would have just added.to the noise. When our spinach artichoke dip came it was burned all around the outside so the entire dip tasted burned. While the entree dishes looked delicious they were cooling to the point that the cheese was hardening. I have been to one other Olive Garden which was in Kansas and was so looking forward to the same kind of meal I had there. I was greatly disappointed and would not waste another $60 at this place."

"I decided to take a break on Asian food for a week and tried Italian food, N O R E G R E T S! ?Upon arrival, I had one party ahead of me and was seated after 15 minutes (the place was pretty packed). Waiter was nice and patient in explaining the menu as this was my first time coming to any Olive Garden branch (I didn 't know they are a multichain restaurant prior to my visit here).Anyhow, when I started ordering, the first thing I noticed about this place is that all of their soup dishes ? and salads ? are free refills! I immediately thought, "Wow! I mean I have heard of free water/tea refills but soup dishes and salad? Impressive! ??We ordered: Shrimp Scampi First time hearing Angel hair, so wanted to see if the name is only half the story and I was impressed with the texture. The Shrimp were fresh, tender and most of all seafood smell was not present. The sauce on this dish was a tad bit sour/ salty (maybe that 's how scampis are? Weird combination, but I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless)! 6oz Sirloin The dish I was most looking forward to! I got my steak cooked to medium well. The meat seasoning felt just right. Texture was tender and juicy. The pasta that came along with it was creamy but it was alright (probably because the steak was too good).I would recommend this place if you want to try an Italian/American fine dining experience! ?"

"We visit here about three times a month. It 's our go to family restaurant. However, this past time was a little under satisfaction. The food and waitress were decent. We chose to split the check with the rest of our party (there were only 5 of us). We left cash at the table while the rest was paid on the kiosk she handed us to pay on. The cash was tucked half way under the kiosk, so it was definitely noticeable. We got up and walked out. It was slightly raining so once we exited the doors we paused for a moment. Then a manager came out and asked us how was the service, the food, etc. We told him everything was good. He then said I only ask because only half the bill was paid . I 'm glad my husband piped in and said we had left cash, so he suggested they look again. Because I was livid! I 've worked in restaurants and hospitality before and THAT was rude as hell!!"
