"After taking my order, I experienced more waiting, and not a single person checked in on me. When my food finally arrived, the server asked if I needed anything else and brought me some oregano, which was very flavorful. However, after he left, I started eating and, once again, no one came by to see if I was okay. I felt quite uncomfortable, as if I were invisible.
I understand they had tasks to complete, like rolling silverware, but that shouldn't excuse the lack of customer care. After finishing my meal, I sat there for another 15 minutes hoping someone would check on me. Eventually, the female host noticed my expression and came over to ask if everything was alright. I requested my bill, and only then did my server come over to bring it.
I left feeling disappointed. The only highlights of my visit were the delicious pizza with oregano, the friendly female host, and the male host outside. The atmosphere was pleasant, but I couldn't truly enjoy it due to the poor service."
