Not to mention the past few times we ordered they had the decency to honor my husband?s military discount. "So delicious. Friendly and fresh. Keep up the great work. My favorite pizza. Well I do like a Chicago deep dish but their Grandma pizza is pretty close just add sausage. Oh lets not forget the best garlic knots anywhere. Okay, I'm going to gush the Italian dressing I take home. So we eat there at least twice a week. Mostly take-out always hot and delicious. One of my favorites is chicken piccata extra sauce. The meatballs are heavenly. I mean their hot grinders huge. You can't miss the specials but you'll have to call. Very nice too that meals come with, salad, side of pasta (your choice of sauce) and bread. I highly recommend trying this amazing Italian restaurant we're thankful they've been around for many many years."

"I also ordered a sausage hero and called ahead to ask if they included sauce on the sandwich. They assured me it would be on the side, which was perfect since I didn’t want any. But to my surprise, they added the sauce anyway. On top of that, the bread was so hard that it could have cracked a tooth. When I received my food, the container and receipt were stained with tomato sauce, and it wasn’t packed properly. How could they not seal my order? Customers need to feel secure that their food hasn’t been tampered with, especially with food spilling out of the packaging. The only thing that looked decent were the zeppolis, but I didn’t want to risk eating them after everything that happened. I was really upset because I was starving and ended up having to settle for a can of soup."

"Sunset is my favorite pizzeria on Staten Island, and genuinely my favorite pizzeria that I've ever been to. Their pizzas are always hot, fresh, and delicious. Their garlic knots are perfectly doughy, cooked, and covered in garlic in the best way. I rave about their Italian Wedding soup to anyone who will listen to me. My family has been going here since before I was born and I have been eating their pizza since I could first chew. I am a NY pizza snob who thinks extremely highly of this place. I know there are a lot of supposedly amazing pizza places on the Island but I have tried them all and Sunset is my favorite every single time. Their crust is so fluffy and cooked perfectly and their sauce is delicious. Everyone who works there is exceedingly kind and makes it a pleasure to go in and order. Hot Tip: Their sausage pizza is out of this world. Definitely stop by if you live near here or honestly, make the trip to get some pizza you won't regret it!"

"I absolutely love visiting this pizza place! They have an excellent selection, and the food is delicious—the pizzas are crispy and not drenched in sauce. "I typically enjoy the food at this restaurant, but my experience with the gluten-free chicken parm was disappointing. The chicken was extremely thin and overcooked, almost splintering. The sauce on the pasta was watery and running off. It was a shame that we drove all the way from Eatontown for the food. I'm not sure if we'll make that trip again. This used to be my go-to spot for gluten-free Italian food, but after giving it another chance on October 2nd, I was thoroughly disappointed. The pasta was undercooked, the sauce was unappetizing, and the meatballs were rubbery and lacked flavor. The gluten-free garlic bread was simply a toasted hot dog roll for $10. It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. I recommend anyone in need of gluten-free options to look for another restaurant."

"I do not recommend this restaurant. The food tasted like it had been stored for a long time. I visited on Sunday, March 10, 2024, and I must say the service was extremely poor, leading to a very unpleasant experience. It was obvious that the waitress had to step in to help in the kitchen while the waiter was absent, which left much to be desired. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and even now, I still have an upset stomach and am taking medication as a result."

"I decided to try the chicken and rice after reading so many good reviews from this site. The order came very fast, the chicken and rice itself was definitely nothing to rave about, the chicken tasted old and dry, also they didn't put enough chicken for the amount of rice that was on that plate. They basically filled the plate up with rice and then threw a couple of pieces of mediocre chicken on top. So, I'll stick to the (many) good halal carts on the streets for my halal chicken and rice cravings. This was my first and probably last time ordering rice from a deli. I also ordered a chopped cheese sandwich, which was good as expected. So I'll just stick to sandwiches when it comes to ordering from a deli."

"Oh my goodness! When I am in the mood for a good ol ' cheesesteak, this is my #1 place. Hands down, the cheesesteak suds here are the best in the Columbia area. Much better than that higher priced place in the mall. This sub is loaded with fresh not frozen beef steak. Lots of options for toppings. And its a full sized real sub roll . Not those small miniature sub like rolls one can find in a super market. This is hole in the wall good. Friendly staff too."

"This was my first time ordering their salad, and I found it to be extremely watery. On my second visit, I called ahead and requested that they dry out the salad due to my previous experience. However, I ended up only being able to eat about 50% of it because it was still very watery. It seems like whoever is preparing these salads doesn't understand how to make a good salad or what it should taste like. They seem more focused on making money than on providing quality food. I would recommend looking for a different place for salads."

"I ordered about $200 of food within 1 week from here. The food was actually very good and we enjoyed it. On the last order I requested my bun to be toasted for my Italian hoagie. They delivered the hoagie without being toasted and in since I could not toast it cuz there was mayonnaise already on it I called and requested a new hoagie. Not something I would usually do but considering I had spent so much money I felt I had the right. They declined sending me a new hoagie and hung up on me. It's a shame because I order out a lot and have a ton of kids at my house all the time and theyblost a significant customer all for a $10 hoagie. And when they go out of business they'll blame everybody else."

"Romano's has many offerings similar to many pizza establishments of this type. Not fancy but a good place non the less. My wife and son had pizza which included combo and pepperoni. I had the Antipasto Salad. We also shared some honey BBQ wings. The food was very good! The Staff there were great! Very friendly and could not have been nicer!! We will definitely come back! They are located in Chicopee Center and there is plenty of parking! Give them a try!!! You wont regret it!!!"

"This place is great..I can literally walk there they have the best vegan/gluten free pizza you will ever have in your life! If I had to drive hours to come here, I would. I have also recently tried the vegan/gluten free brownie it was so deceptive I would wager money that no one will be able to say that it is not milk or gluten. It was $6 for 1 brownie I thought was extremely high. If it were less, I would definitely get it much more often, but $12 for two is too high for me. At this point, I can make a batch myself... still in a pinch.. overtakes delicious. Come here if you're 1. Love good food, 2. Have food restrictions 3. Want to have the best pizza of your life. (Your BBQ sauce is to die for) They also have many not vegan / gluten free products as well as what they offer is incredible!!! You have to try, you won't be disappointed."
