"While staying at the Hilton hotel, I was advised to order in food since the hotel had no restaurant.. several things went bad... the initial phone operator stopped in mid-stream and passed me off to another... Don't know why that happened? Maybe the firstlady didn't like my voice? Then when the order arrived, the young man took it upon himself to drop my order at the front desk? If I wanted to go down to the front desk, I could have jumped in an Uber and gone to another restaurant? Lastly, the Alfredowas supposed to have either chicken or shrimp mixed in? Well, you guessed!! I was surprised there were noodles mixed in,because the shrimp was gone! I could have called to complain? But you know the rumors about a disgruntled staff member? Sorry, me... I will chalk it up on learning about this lousy place? I'd be happy to speak to the manager privately"
