"I waited over 12 minutes in the drive-thru yesterday without anyone even acknowledging me. There were no cars ahead of me, and a line of vehicles behind me. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called the restaurant and was told that the lobby was busy and they were on an important personal call that would take another 10 minutes. Since I only get a 30-minute lunch break, I had already wasted half of it trying to get assistance. I was expected to wait another 10 minutes, then rush back to work and eat in just 5 minutes. I won’t be returning to this location. I left without placing an order, and the four cars behind me went through the line immediately after I left. They likely lost at least 5 orders during lunch yesterday. Raising minimum wages for fast food workers isn’t helping when it costs me more than an hour’s wages just to grab a simple meal from a place like this. I refuse to be ignored when I’m just trying to have a meal."
