"Something has got to change with this place.Went there a few months ago. The food quality was much better and the portion sizes were different but I can 't say that today. The sushi was room temperature when it came out. Imagine ordering this to go or for delivery. By the time you get home it would be even worse. The entrees were bland and had no flavor. The steak was cut into tiny pieces and had no seasoning or color. The chicken was also cut into tiny pieces and though it had some good flavor, the texture was chewy. The appetizer arrived last. We didn 't get a bowl or anything to put our discarded edamame and put them on a napkin. We barely ate our entrees and even sent back one of the plates. We were offered a 10% discount since we didn 't enjoy one of the plates. When I asked why the dish wasn 't removed from the bill, I was told that it had something with the food, what was eaten, and the manager having the final say. My partner and I discussed and both agree that very little of the food was eaten. My partner barely even touched the rice on her plate since it was so off. I asked for the manager and they weren 't there. I paid for my food. And left.For the price of what we paid, you can get higher quality/better tasting and a more elevated dining experience at competitors and leave with extras at the end of the day.Something has to change about this place. I 've been going there for YEARS. Even been to the Summerville location and have had great, quality, food in the past. But I cannot recommend going there until something improves. I hope a manager or owner does reach out to me, because I felt bad for even complaining to the waitress since it 's not her fault. And she did the best she could."
