"It was degrees out. There were about tables in the whole restaurant unfortunate enough to be given an outside table. The foursome in front of us were explicitly asked if they preferred inside or out. We were not which already set a negative impression. Eventually of the tables asked to be moved. None of us should have had to ask. That is very poor customer service. If you want the experience to match the food then you may have to accept that on plus degree days with humidity no one will want nor should be compelled to sit and stew in that heat. It may on the face of it reduce your tables but i would submit after you’ve moved everyone back inside and disappointed potentially loyal customers you’ll have come out ahead. The fact that this is apparently lost on management was/is disheartening to say the least. Putting all that to the side our waiter elongated our stay attending to an top with separate checks. This too could be solved with proper management. The food was outstanding but ultimately suffered from everything proceeding which is a shame"
