"Coffee is great! I love their breakfast sandwiches and croissants. However, the atmosphere is a little off putting. Instead of greeting people the baristas will just stare at you with blank expressions and then ignore you until they are finished making drinks, sitting in the back, or whatever. They do not seem like the friendliest people. Really missing the mark customer service wise. I recommend Otherlands or Java for good coffee and great service."

"The chickpea salad was fantastic, and I’m really thankful to have finally discovered vegan baklava! The service was outstanding, making the trip well worth it, even if you're not visiting the hospital. Just a heads up: the photos reflect their former location in what appears to be a mall, but they are now situated in the Adventist Health Center Pavilion. Make sure to follow the signs for the Pavilion, as there are several buildings within Adventist Health."

"My daughter absolutely adores this place, but I haven't been as impressed with my choices. The chocolate chunks in the mint chip and galaxy ice creams are quite hard and don't melt in your mouth as I expected. Additionally, the chocolate dip for the dipped ice cream had a strong coconut flavor—likely from the coconut oil—which overshadowed the chocolate taste. Next time my daughter insists on coming here, I think I'll try an ice cream without the chocolate chunks."

"This place exceeded our expectations! My wife and I had a fantastic meal here. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to our dietary needs and preferences. As a diabetic, I had some concerns about dining here, but they were totally unfounded – we will definitely return! The only drawback was the parking situation, as it was a bit challenging due to the nearby Publix. However, we found a spot without too much trouble, and it was worth the effort. The area can be a bit busy and cramped, but the food made up for it!"

"I’m so surprised how highly rated this place is. They premake their tea so you can’t adjust the sweetness. I had the Assam, which seems to be their “OG” flavor, and it tasted watered down and sugary. Milk tea has a distinct creaminess and smoothness that’s just not in this tea. Very disappointed."

"As I was strolling by, I spotted this restaurant and decided to step inside to check it out. The space is quite spacious, with plenty of tables and chairs. I glanced at the pastry display and noticed a variety of freshly baked goods. They had a rustic charm, not quite the French ambiance you might expect. It had more of an Oregon-style bakery vibe. And you know what? They really nailed it. The baked items, especially the blueberry muffin and the raspberry turnover (or whatever the other raspberry pastry was), were absolutely delicious—well-baked and fresh!"

"This is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy some delicious ice cream on a hot day. The macaroons are amazing too! I love visiting with friends to catch up over ice cream, feeling like kids again. There is a bathroom available, though I wouldn't specifically recommend it for that purpose. However, given how crowded Newberry Street can get, it might be convenient to use it here. The seating is quite pleasant, and when I've visited, it hasn't been crowded, so there's always plenty of space. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stop by!"

"What a gem we found. There was a piano for you big pianists out there to play. Staff was super friendly. Great drinks (she got a London Fog and I got two of their specialty coffee drinks along with a berry limeade of sorts). "Delicious hot chocolate, but they were painfully understaffed when I went in (one gentleman both working the register and filling all orders at 7:15pm on a Saturday night). I ordered the icona hot chocolate (supposed to be a picturesque hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and a macaron), and waited about 15 minutes as he discovered they were out of whipped cream, tried to whip up some more whipped cream manually, and then ultimately gave up, serving me a regular hot chocolate and two macarons in a cup. I don’t blame the employee for any of this, but having tipped beforehand and paying $10 for a cup of hot chocolate, I would have expected much more."

"Good ambience and there are lots of seasonal drink options. Ordered a single origin espresso, a seasonal Cherry Cacao latte and a seasonal Smoked Fig latte. The espresso was served without sparkling water. When I asked about it, the barista told me they only sell canned flavored sparkling water… The two seasonal drinks definitely have interesting concepts but the taste is mediocre. As a pretty serious coffee person, I would come back to work there but not just for coffee."

"Prefix has delicious coffee, amazing staff, and is a great place to relax, hangout with friends, or get some work done. The coffee shop itself serves an extensive menu of espresso and drip coffee, as well as an assortment of different pastries/sweet treats. As far as drinks go, the iced matcha latte was the best I’ve ever had. The cold brew was also amazing. You can’t beat the freshness and quality."

"I'm not giving 4 stars for the drinks or pastries, my Chai tea latte was kind of missing the latte part and my scone was dry, but the service was really friendly and I love the fact there are games and records. I could see myself sitting and reading a book with a record on. I wish there was a bit more music selection, but I get it. Next time I'd definitely try a smoothie."
