"Authentique French Creperie is located in Simpsonville, SC. It's been on my list of places to try for a while. I had the opportunity to try it with two of my family members. Authentique is only open Friday through Sunday. It is such a cute place. It's not very big, but would be ok for one to four people to dine. The inside is bright and cheerful with the table tops being an aqua/turquoise color. They have a nice selection of breakfast, brunch and lunch items. The lady's there are so nice, and I love their French accent. Today we came for a light dessert, I got the La Charlotte and my niece got the La Chocolat. The Charlotte is a crepe with sliced strawberries, powdered and crystal sugar and Chantilly cream. La Chocolat was a crepe with a chocolate drizzle, dusted in powdered sugar and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Let me tell you presentation is everything, and they do it well with those crepes. I really enjoyed my crepe, and plan on coming back to try lunch."
