"We have been here many times and the service is always so so, but the last time we went it was really bad. Only saw our waiter a two times. To take our order and to give us togo boxes. Someone else gave us our drinks, different person gave us our food and another different person gave us our sauces (that we asked for when we ordered) Service here is VERY VERY impersonal. Not sure who to tip! Their bottomless fries is a pure joke. When you ask for more it takes almost 20+ minutes to get them, same with their bottomless mac and cheese . I feel like at soon as you get your food you should order your bottomless items right away because if you don 't you 'll be sitting there for another 20+ minutes after your meal waiting , and hope it 's not cold. Forget about refill of drinks cause you 'll never get them. Next time we 'll just go McDonald 's, at least then the food will be hot and the fries won 't be gross, soggy and cold."
