"On August 13, 2023, my wife and I visited Newark and chose this restaurant for a meal. However, I was quite taken aback by what I observed while waiting in the car after receiving my order. I noticed the staff member preparing food wearing only one glove, and he was also handling cash with that same gloved hand. It seems to me that maintaining cleanliness and hygiene should be a priority, and it wouldn't be too difficult to implement better practices. For instance, having two people working the food truck—one for food preparation and another for handling transactions—could greatly enhance cleanliness. Additionally, I must mention that the quality of this place has declined compared to what it used to be years ago. If you decide to visit, don't hesitate to ask them to improve their sanitation practices."
