They had various tasting menus available, but I ultimately went with the Chef's Tasting Menu, which was $155/person for 5 courses, including dessert (this did not include any drinks . The standout star of the meal was definitely Le Risotto, a saffron risotto with razor clams cooked with chorizo. This was hands down one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted the saffron risotto exceeded all expectations and there was an unexpected crunch that the razor clams and the chorizo added to the dish, which made it supreme. Everything else was delicious, but the foie gras was so rich and decadent truly a treat! Service was first class, sitting at the counter is always fun (you get to meet some fun people! , and the ambience still had the elegance of an upscale New York restaurant, but the energy was Miami all the way."
