"It was so good to dine here. Quite memorable. We were definitely like in Paris. Of course we remember La Goulue in NY many moons ago. Loved the French onion soup, perfect soufflé, tender juicy entrecôte, and the roast beef sandwich special! Also had the escargots. We shared the crepes Suzette. Reminisced the table side service of long ago. Old time favorites are still the best. Service was excellent. We will make another trip as we are from out of town!!!"

"Restaurant was empty when we arrived after 7 which was surprising. So there was not much buzz or ambiance. Salad came a few minutes after we were seated and steak frites as soon as we were done with the salad, so it looked like we would be done and leaving in under an hour. We went for a birthday celebration so it was a little disappointing. That said, the food was good and it’s a good value for a steak dinner at around $30.00 pp. The drinks are very expensive as are the desserts, so the bill goes up about $20 more per person with one drink and a dessert. Not sure if it’s really worth $50+ to go there for dinner. Maybe if you just have the meal and no drinks. The waitresses were pleasant and efficient"
