"I am absolutely amazed by The Palm! This restaurant has locations in several major cities, and I can't believe I only discovered it after moving to Nashville. First of all, they served us the best Rioja wine we've ever tasted (the Faustino Tinta Gran Reserve is simply excellent!). The service was laid-back, efficient, and full of charm. My dining partner ordered a steak, which was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection according to his preferences. However, the moment I took a bite of the Veal Martini, I felt like I was in paradise. The veal, accompanied by peppers, mushrooms, and a rich dark vodka gravy, was simply divine. You might think the dark gravy would be overwhelming, but it actually allowed the distinctive flavors of the vegetables and veal to shine through, enhanced just perfectly by the sauce. My companion enjoyed his steak but couldn't help but drool over my veal dish. If there is a heaven, this meal must surely be from there!"
