"Have been here a couple dozen times over the years, food and service really seem to vary. 3/27, stopped for dinner, there was a party of 4 finishing up as we arrived, waiter was either new or very harried. Seemed like several phone/online orders came in, he was having issues with dealing with them, when we placed our order, first my wife ordered iced tea and I ordered a soda, both came with 2 ice cubes, when we asked for glass of ice, he was stymied by our request. My wife ordered the Gyros, she doesn't eat rice, asked for hummus instead, he didn't seem to understand why she didn't want rice. When our meal came, we were sharing the basket of bread, I asked for two extra pita, he seemed confused, and we got two extra full baskets of pita (we took the leftover home anyhow). I noticed a couple of others who came in to pick up orders seemed to have a similar issue with him understanding them. Two people came in to pick up a call in order, they were told 15 minutes, they asked for water twice before finally getting it."
