"Well. What a bad experience. To begin with, the food was bad. The Chaufa Rice I asked for it was like made with old oil, and the taste was disgusting. But what really caught my attention was 5he fact that even when I told our server about it, she didn't care. The manager never showed up to speak to us, and I did explain to the waitress that I wasn't looking for any type of discount because my only purpose was to give positive criticism to help in the process of improvement but they didn't care because that's the way some places are. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not only are they not capable of providing proper customer service but also they don't care about what WE THE PEOPLE have to say."

"If you?re looking for a lowkey, relaxed, not so pricey yet tasty, quick date spot Dr Limón by FIU is the vibe! From the second you sit you are welcome with a Leche de Tigre shot, toasted corn kernels, and a sauce which was delicious! The servers are superfriendly and if you?re indecisive like me, they are so helpful with hooking you up with the best dishes. The food comes out fastwhich is quite nice, from the time I sat to the moment I was munching it was no more than 15 minutes. I ordered the ShrimpTruffle Roll (8.5/10 if you enjoy truffle this is a go to), a hidden menu special ceviche suggested by my server apparentlycalled Peru Campeón which is basically the Centro de Lima ceviche with Leche de Tigre instead of lime juice served is a cup(7/10), and the Lychee Flor de Jamaica cocktail (3/10). My server had recommended me the Marajito which apparently is the bestcocktail, I must say I fumbled the bag with this one. Looking forward to going back to try the Marajito for sure and otherdishes on the menu that looked delicious!"

"the ceviche was excellent. traditional one. $18 the nikkei was a tight 2. at $23. the conchitas a la parmesana scallops in the sauce were good but dissappointing as they were small and it was not soaking, only cheese over the top with grilled brot baked. 1 613 the chxn empanadas were delicious and worth the price. $10.50/2 of the chaufas carnes beef tenderloin fried rice was delicious. light in bark but good. $25 pescado a lo macho $25. although good, our least favorites. we are not in fried food, and this dish was fried then expected."

"Appropriate prices, service with a warm smile and low-key vibe! Perfect neighborhood spot for when you want to eat comfort. El Gordo 's Rotisserie Chicken, right from the grill, tick all boxes. Ceviche mixto (I usually odrer picante version) is really delicious and fresh. Peruvian desserts (flam, fruit jelly etc.) with a cup of steaming hot coffee is certainly a game made in the sky. Oh, God!"

"I’ve been coming to this restaurant since they opened , the service and food was really good . Unfortunately the service was terrible last time i came with a party of 6 , the waiter would be gone for a while , he did not have the best customer service skills like other waiters that have treated me there . He would talk to you in a rude way approaching my guest as “compa” and not in the best way , and still charged a good amount of tip for a really poor service he gave us, he would be gone for a long time with out giving us service , not to forget about the dirty muggs with tajin as well . the waiter had a blue shirt , hispanic young men with a beared . Really dissapointed me this visit ."

"Recent review: Food was ok this time. We came back after a year because the best plate hands down is the fish in their typical sauce of pescado a lo macho. No other restaurant makes it, not even Ceviche105 in Miami. My pisco was delicious too. We went twice in a week and both times we were let down on two important dishes. First with the octopus being burnt and chewy. The second time the calamari hard and chewy. Both times the waitresses agreed and even gave us feedback on how it had been the same complaint for a while but the owner chooses not to change it. Well, what can I say. ————— I’ve been a customer of this restaurant chain for years. During Covid, we stopped going because of the service and the poor quality of the food, plus the increase in prices. You can definitely increase prices and I totally understand that, but don’t lower the quality, that’s not fair. Recently, a friend of mine recommended me this location and said that the good chef from the Fort Myers location was here. So we decided to give it a try. Yesterday I called on three different occasions and the phone line was busy. I could not get a hold of anybody. Today, I decided to call and try one more time. They did answer the phone this time but as I attempted to make a reservation, I was told that it’s on a first come first serve basis. Why in the world would I drive almost an hour to a restaurant to then have the possibility of being told that there’s no available seating for my family and I or that I would have to wait quite some time? The owners should definitely reconsider this."

"I would advise against ordering takeout or using Uber Eats from this place. Honestly, it's best to avoid dining here altogether. The ají de gallina was more like a watery soup, and the chicken lacked flavor. Unfortunately, some family members experienced food poisoning from the ceviche and lomo saltado, resulting in vomiting. Don't waste your time here; instead, consider ordering from Embarcadero or Mr. Ceviche."

"Terrible service. Usually the servers here are really attentive and polite but this is the 2nd time I’ve had this waitress and have experienced terrible customer service. I had to ask multiple servers throughout my dinner for my drinks and other stuff because the waitress didn’t check in on us until we were done eating. If the gratuity is going to be automatically included in the bill then at least offer better service. "Where should we go eat? Lonzo's! This place has been my go to Peruvian spot for years. It has that mom and pop charm and while you won't read about it on all the blogs, it's well worth the visit. Just be sure to make a reservation ahead of time, seating is limited. Your meal starts with the classic bread and aji which is spicy but addicting. You'll want to put it on everything. The must order at Lonzo's are the Lomo Saltado and the Peruvian Pesto Pasta. We did the filet mignon for both and shared. There's plenty of flavor in the Lomo and just throw on some aji sauce and enjoy. The Peruvian Pesto Pasta had tender meat and saucy pasta. It has a deep pesto flavor that's not like your typical Italian version but hits just right. It's the perfect ordering combo for two people. Just the right amount of food. The best thing about this place is it's location. There's plenty of parking in the neighborhood or street. Grab a drink across the street at Blind Barber to cap off your night."

"This tiny restaurant is a pretty nice place to have a quick lunch while being in Elizabeth New Jersey. Especially for those who have to serve as jurors. The Court House is on tbe opposite corner of this restaurant, so if you dont like the food served in the cafeteria inside the building, I strongly recommend you to stop by this small restaurant. Prices are pretty good and you will get lots of food with a great Latin American flavour."

"To make matters worse, while I waited, another customer was upset because she had ordered two servings of rice and beans with chicken but only received one. Even though she had already paid, the cashier informed her that they couldn't issue a refund to her credit card. This is unacceptable, as you never know how hard people work to afford their meals, and it's disheartening when the staff can't make the right decisions to rectify issues. "my man saw this place on facebook and judged by the pictures he thought this place would be a great place to try for us. we drove from parkchester to try this place. the restaurant is beautiful so that a plus was the only case that there were many flying. we did lunch. my man had a drink of the bulldogge the corona was half full eating had no taste. all tasted as if it came from a dose, especially the mammals. I wanted suppe and they had no suppe anymore, which comes with the lunch so we had to go with the salat. the salate they gave was so tender that he was in the refrigerator for days. eating was terrible, I doubt very much that the person cooking in this kitchen is a chef or a chef. one of the waitresses was nice. that looked with the blond hair, as if it were frustrated. no customers should hear a waitress, huffing and puffing in the rule we take pictures of our eating, but the presentation of this plate was not great at all."

I went to dinner and ordered camarones sarandeados 6 oysters and fajitas plate for two people and a few drinks. our car rental total was 218 and on the ticket they brought me it said overgrown gratity 45 and on the bottom it showed the top table for percentage 15 was 32, so I asked that 15 congratulate and the waiter told me that I had to pay the order that the car said because it could not change it on the computer and I pointed out where it is digested and that it is she said that it is. ends up paying 278.00 for dinner for 3 persons. this place is a demolition dont go there are better Mexican seafood places with better food and service to a much better price"

"We lived in Peru, and Don Churro has very wellprepared and tasty Peruvian food. Everything was fresh and right off the stove hot, and my wife said the Pisco Sour was delicious. We didn't try the actual churros as the food proportions were very generous with an appetizer you could split an entree, but they looked great at the next table. There was a live singer accompanied by generated music, but he was pretty good and very entertaining, but not so loud as to drown out conversation"

"30. May 2021 16:30 For the first time, Husband works on this side of the city and eats regularly here. The restaurant is very clean and the staff wears face masks for CoViD. We were shown to our table and received a basket of chips and salsa when we ordered our drinks. The menu is large, with many Peruvian/Latin inspired dishes. We decided to share the Papa Rellena con Polla, a potato puree filled with diced chicken and then deep fried $5). Absolutely delicious. Hot, crispy and not excessively fat. Will definitely order again. For the duck we chose Parrillada Latina, grilled steak, chicken, sausage, seasoned grilled vegetables, roasted Yuca, curtains, rice, salad for 2 $24). It was served sizzling hot on a cast iron skill. Beautiful presentation and lots of food for both of us. I recommend you try this."
