"This is my second time ordering, and it was absolutely delicious! I will never get a Cuban sandwich from anywhere else. The ham and pork were flavorful, the bread was toasted to perfection, and the cheese melted beautifully over everything. Yum!"

"I look forward to tasting this new restaurant at grand rapids and finally had the chance to do that. the items on the menu are marked to display elements that are gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan. I was pulled to the jibarito sandwich, as it had a bunk of fried plantains and was filled with vegan nut case chorizo (nut case is an organic vegan meat substitute made from chreide and nuts and does not contain soy or gluten and is made before site in grand rapids). the sandwich was very tasty and the bungalow had a nice snack on it. they have very well paired the aromen together to make a tasteful sandwich. the Malangaries are different from traditional French fries; while they were good, I'll probably try the Malanga chips next time. while the menu can be small and has only a few vegan options, I hope that they will continue to add more options in the future and maybe contain a vegan dessert option. had 5 stars given, except there is no vegetarian/veganes restaurant. will definitely go back!"

"We arrived almost when they close but they took us and the only waitress that was working she took us order make our drink and she was amazing!!! Even though she has most client too..Glad to see someone working that hard and enjoying it. Appreciate that!!! I forgot her name but we went there 1/13/2022 at 9:36 p.m. they close at 10 so if the owner seems this give that girl a good raise she deserves it for real !! About the place, food was really good and drinks too definitely coming back before ending my vacation."

"It was my first time in Florida and I was on a girls trip looking for some good Peruvian food. I stumbled upon this place while searching for places online and it was so great! The service was good, the waitress was pleasant and very attentive. The food was fresh, it wasn’t a long and simply delicious! It was the best food we had during our stay. Prices were reasonable in my opinion and I would definitely recommend this place to others! Delicious food! we enjoyed some night entertainment of live romantic music sung by a man with a soothing voice. Thanks for the experience!"

"updated as of 10/30/22 I decided to stop by again on my way home from dance practice. The service was way better from the moment I was seated. The server was very attentive. I ordered my usual steak and it came out very quickly. I didnt have to lookfor anyone for assistance bc they were there. Very happy to report my service improved upon my return. First time eating atthis location I stopped in after dance practice to grab a bite. I was going to get it to go but decided to stay and eat. Thefood is always on point. The service lacked a little but I feel had I been with someone spanish speaking, my service would ofbeen amazing. The fact that I had to flag you down for a refill, bread and a togo box...seems odd to me especially when therestaurant wasnt that busy."

"Ok so let me tell you about this restaurant right here? Not the fanciest building, in fact it's overdue for remodeling. But the hosts are very welcoming as you enter. This was my first time visiting but I was with a large group who had all visited numerous of times and I found out why. The servers were excellent. The two we had were very attentive to the table and our dining needs. My brother began to remove his to give to my sister because she was cold and the gentleman servers wish I could remember his name) helped my brother remove his jacket and walked it around the table and assisted my sister in putting it on. The cutlery was so shiny we could see ourselves reflect. But there was one little saucer on the table as we arrived that somehow had a smudged black spot on it and the server didn't allow my son to sit in the chair until it was removed and another clean one brought back to the table. The impression was a great touch.. It wasn't long before bread baskets and water goblets were filled. And our order was taken. The servers were very hospitable and knew the menu thoroughly. We were celebrating my brother's graduation and it happened that another family was celebrating the same occasion. Both graduates got a free shot of alcohol and a round of applause from the staff. But the icing on the cake for us was how great the food was. The casava was so good. I'm sorry I didn't order some to go. It's fine dinning service on a budget! My family will be back for sure."

"My wife ordered a glass of red wine for $3.00, and Miguel informed us that if she wanted another before 7 PM, he would bring it then, as the price would go up to $6.95 after that. Nice move on his part! I ordered roast pork with white rice, black beans, and yucca for $9.95. The portion was generous, and it was quite tasty. My wife chose the churrasco steak with yucca and a salad for $17.95. It was good but a bit pricey for the portion size. For dessert, we shared a flan, which was delicious. Our server was attentive and ensured that everything with our meal was satisfactory. Overall, it’s a nice location—definitely the best of the ones we’ve visited so far. We will definitely be back!"

"If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. I went in for lunch with my service dog, but was denied entry by a staff member and the manager, Elizabeth. They insisted on seeing “service dog registration” despite my calm and polite explanation that service dogs do not require registration and there is no official registry for them. I tried to share the ADA guidelines with them, but they interrupted me, dismissed my concerns, and refused to let me in. Elizabeth, the manager, would not listen and began taking phone calls while I was speaking to her. Their treatment of me and my service dog was not only unlawful but also humiliating. I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant and will not be recommending it, especially to those with disabilities who need special accommodations. This is especially frustrating because I have ordered takeout from them many times before and was a loyal customer. I advise everyone to avoid this place."
