"I visited this restaurant for lunch after the Radio City Christmas Spectacular on December 29, 2023. I ordered the Serafina Chicken Salad, our kids enjoyed buttered pasta, and my wife had the chicken parmesan. The portions were generous, fresh, and delicious. We were seated right away as soon as they opened, thanks to our reservation. The restaurant filled up quickly, and it was nearly full just 20 minutes after opening. The atmosphere was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was prompt and efficient. Plus, the prices were quite reasonable."

"We ate at Serafina for an early dinner after a Sunday matinee. We were greeted warmly by the hostess, seated right away, and then within a few minutes the waiter greeted us and took our drink orders. When it came time to order, the waiter was helpful and informative when we had a question. He was attentive, but didn't rush us at all. The food was all excellent and portions were generous. We had a spinach salad with goat cheese and an arugula salad with a fig dressing to start. Then we had lasagna, rigatoni bolognese, and cacio e pepe. All arrived hot, tasty, and al dente. For dessert we shared tiramisu, profiteroles, and the ricotta cheesecake, which was exceptional! At the end of the evening, the waiter offered to take a picture to help commemorate the event. It was such a wonderful evening, the perfect end to a fun afternoon in NYC."

"Ravioli tartufo was extremely salty and tiny portion. Brussel sprouts and fries were soggy with no flavor. Not sure what happened, it was just awful for the price... I'm sure they're one of those restaurants where food holds significantly better if you sit down."

"the kalbskalopine was hard and thick, nothing like this plate should be. kellnerin was very distracted and so close together we had to interact with the people next to us. the table we had, and the two of us wobbled and never server around the fixation. broccolini was boiled and pasta was bland. tiramisu was good."

"A true Italian with an amazing history! Founders of this legendary restaurant got lost at sea in a small boat and pledged to open up a restaurant which makes the best pizza if they could survive. And then, this place born in Upper East Side, New York City. Our visit was fabulous. Kids love the Tennis pasta and I just fell in love with their white pizza Tartufo Nero This location is a bit small and the entrance is narrow but they have plentiful of room in upstairs. Calamari is a must to try and also they serve Bruschetta pretty quickly gyi"

"We have been twice in the last 2 weeks ... which describes how much we love Metro 8. The porcini mushroom noodles are my favorite along with steak and tuna. The vegetables are always so fresh and perfectly prepared. The salads are crispy and dressed properly, and the wine list is huge and tasty. Perfect for dates, girls' nights or special occasions. Correctly priced for the top quality food you get. Better steaks than Angus Barn, better pasta than Maggianos, and much cheaper. The terrace is our favorite dining space, but the tables inside are super romantic. We will no doubt be back soon. Great service, fantastic atmosphere, top bar and wine list and local food to celebrate small businesses ... all my favorite things! Parking is so much easier than downtown Durham and we love the taste of 9th Street. The desserts are fantastic and the coffee is delicious."

"We ordered espresso and a dessert to share, aiming to finish before heading to the theater in a little over 20 minutes. The espresso arrived after we reminded our more experienced waiter, but unfortunately, the dessert didn't come out. It seemed to take longer than expected. I’m unsure why it would take 20 minutes, especially if they hadn’t frozen it at the last minute. When we asked for the bill, it was clear we needed to leave, so we requested to remove the dessert from the total. After a little over 20 minutes, we finally decided to leave, and our original waiter kindly handed me a bag with my dessert inside. I appreciated it since I had a large handbag to store it in. Aside from the issues with the dessert, we truly enjoyed our meal and the overall experience at Serafina and would definitely return. It felt like an off day for us and not the usual experience one might have."

"Soft, soggy crust. Need I say more? Visiting from New Orleans, where we have some OK pizza, but our strengths lie elsewhere. Saw the 4.6 star rating and was excited for some great Chicago pizza. Unfortunately, this pizza was mediocre at best. I even got the recommended one, the capricciosa. Toppings were OK, that's mostly what I ate. Oddly enough, the pizza came out in literally (proper use) 5 to 6 minutes. Seems the only way that could happen is that these are pre-made in the back, just have to go in the oven. Anyway, thin crust but soggy. Terribly disappointed, won't be returning. Server was polite and punctual, no issue there. Don't know what else to say. If they all come out like that, then why is this place hugely rated? Is it possible that Chicagoans don't know good pie? Makes me wonder."

"Great location if you’re looking for a meal on the Mag Mile. We were there at noon on a busy pre holiday Thursday and there was hardly anyone in there. Were told the burrata is homemade so ordered some as an appetizer. Was OK. I use Spaccia Napoli as my gold standard and this didn’t measure up. It was pleasing but I found it a little bland. Got the margherita pizza. It was subpar. Cheese was OK but sauce was bland and the crust was ordinary. Server was attentive and friendly. I hope they have success as their location should draw a lot of tourists and shoppers, but we probably won’t go back too many other options."

"Service was not good. We must have been there in the middle of shift change, because our server left in the middle of us dining without saying a word. She was talking to the people sitting behind us for a very long time (probably friends, not sure) and did not come check on our table. After that, we just didn’t see her at all and figured she left?? We were very confused because we sat for a long time without anybody coming to check on us/ collect plates/ refill water. We only got service when we called over some other server. My friends and I also work in a restaurant and we were very shocked by this behavior it was very unprofessional. At the very least the new server should have come over and introduced himself so we know who is taking care of us. The service in this restaurant was awful. Also, this is the only place I have ever seen charge $12+ for NON alcoholic drinks. The cheapest mocktail was $8 and the rest ranged between $12-14 when the alcoholic drinks were $15+. I just thought that was weird. Overall, if the service was better I would come again and recommend this place because the food was good. I know a lot more places that have just as good a menu but at least a normal standard for service. Do better."

"I have visited Spris on each visit to Miami Beach (at least 8 times . Each time, I have had a great time sitting outside enjoying some lovely and well made cocktails and really good pizza. Later at night I have been there for the Tiramisu (the best I have ever had. I brought the sax player from Van Dykes over to Spris for the tiramisu! My best experiences here are on Halloween, when there is a parade of costumed people (mostly drag queens passing by Lincoln Road. The costumes are absolutely incredible. The service at Spris is so great we sit outside sipping our drinks and enjoying the wonderful pizza and whatever else we order that night. Eighty degree weather, extremely good food and a great side show. What more can I ask for?"

"It was the first Sunday of the new year, so there were only 4 other parties, there was somehow a slow night, but the staff there was an extraordinary review on us to ensure that our drinks were refilled, brought us bread and only very attentive. There were three of my cousins and I myself were a boy night out of you. But I was there a week before a party of 16 people and it was packed and the environment was very nice and the staff again was very attentive and professional went there again to my cousin's birthday in a week cannot wait!"

"This place is expensive. I will say that this place is very expensive once you eat with several people. It's good for a person. So they have these gluten-free crusts. I had to call and ask if the crust was gluten-free because it is a very good knock. It's flocky that it's well baked. It is crispy does not have the evil aftertaste of gluten-free foods that we all know gluten-free people too well. It's so good. I think it's better than the regular crust. Amazing."
