"As a Hunan girl, I would say this restaurant is pretty authentic Hunan cuisine, price point is slightly higher than other restaurants, 2 people ordered 3 dishes, with tax and tip around $100, the sour fish soup is a little bit too oil and not that tasting, but the fried dishes are pretty good. Will come back but definitely not the type of food I can handle everyday, a little bit oily."

"This restaurant is fantastic! Make sure to check the menu for spice levels, as some dishes can be extremely spicy. One of our favorites, which keeps us coming back, is the sautéed eggplant with green beans. The Hunan-style pork or beef, fried rice, and cabbage are also incredibly delicious—full of flavor without being overwhelmingly spicy. While the menu prices are on the higher side, the portion sizes are generous (we've only done takeout). I definitely think it's worth it!"

"A new, trendy, authentic chinese restaurant in that's tucked away in a little plaza in Fremont! It seems like only locals know about this spot because it's so hidden but it was incredibly busy on a Saturday night. Each dish was a heaping portion of oily, spicy goodness and cooked to perfection. This is what our table ordered. braised pork belly (fatty, tender, and delicious with the buns) fried lotus root with beef (crunchy and spicy) napa cabbage (cooked very well! had the ma la spice) mochi sesame dessert (so chewy and nutty)I did take off one star because it was a bit too greasy for my liking and the price point is a bit expensive especially for chinese food. Still a great place and has a young, vibrant ambiance to it!"
