"I ordered our wedding cake from CINDERELLA Cakes, not knowing who their team were and what was their review. I also did not know what cake combination to get but they told me what 's best for the occasion. And after going thru a lot of discussions, suggestions and brain storming on the cake size, color, flavor, design etc, I ended up liking the cake they created for our wedding. It was cute, nice ombre color similar to our motif) ,dainty and it served 50 persons including us the bride and groom). The lemon flavor of the cake and the icing blended pretty well, not so sweet just enough to satisfy that yummy dessert feeling after the dinner reception. Also, it was perfect for coffee, tea and wine as well! Our children guest can not wait for the cake to be served. To cut it short, CINDERELLA CAKES is a highly recommended team. Their effort, service and the quality of cakes were beyond my expectations. I am trying to put the photo of our wedding cake here , but the size is to big to attach in this review. "Don't order any cakes from here unless you want to be disappointed. We were supposed to get our anniversary cake from a venue deal and we specifically needed it at a specific day and time. We called in advance and I messaged the bakery asking if I could pick it up at 1 pm (Friday) and was responded to 2 hours later. We were upset because we didn't get the cake when we needed to so we messaged her back the next day asking if we could pick it up but it was Sunday and asked us to pick it up on Monday during working hours.. and we were told they probably got rid of it because we didn't respond the day they told us to pick it up. Please see TXT photos. I used refer my family and friends to this bakery but not anymore. They are not reliable and we feel like we got robbed because we were supposed to get an anniversary cake and were super excited about it. We are extremely disappointed In their behavior and lack of customer service. When you place an order for a cake and ask to pick it up at a specific day/time it should be. Especially if it's already paid for."
