"BEST PLACE EVER!!!!! Love the energy there, everyone is so nice. Sometimes they forget some things in your order, but will gladly refund you on your next order if you put a note. I especially love this woman named Jennifer, she is the nicest person I know and is simply a bundle of joy. When I woke up at 5 in the morning, I was already really tired obviously. But when I went into the shop, I was greeted with the most friendliest hello ever from Jennifer! She brightened my day and I instantly felt like I was energized from her vibe. She is truly the star of the shop in my opinion. Sometimes she evens add extra stuff on my sandwich and makes it taste just so much more better. Her jokes she throws at me sometimes are the highlight of my day along with the atmosphere of the whole shop in general. I hope whenever i'm on break I'll visit every chance I get, Sundays too"

"I arrived at Shipley Do-nuts at 5:15 AM, but the staff refused to open the front door. When I knocked, an employee just stared at me while eating donuts, showing no intention to help. It wasn’t until I was about to leave and thought about leaving a bad review that someone finally came to unlock the door. Despite their posted hours stating they open at 5:00 AM daily, it seems they only open when it’s convenient for them."

"The staff appeared to be more focused on their personal conversation than on attending to the customers. I placed a simple order for a large iced coffee. They did manage to get the flavor right, but messed up the size. When I pointed it out, the employee insisted I had ordered a medium. Fortunately, my friend was there to back me up and confirmed I requested a large. Regardless, I probably won't return, especially since there's another Honey Dew a reasonable distance away and several Dunkin' locations even closer."

"This place is a life saver to me when I'm on the job and am dying for a Boba Fruit Smoothie. The donuts are always huge and fresh tasting. The only draw back to their drive through is that the cars face the western setting sun in the afternoons but they can't control that. The highschoolers really love this place too. I can tell by all the creative and fun stickers stuck to the drive thru window. It's nice to look at the fun diffrent art of the sticker work."

"I have no idea what's going on here, but I used a frequent this place and I noticed that the donuts cooked a little under and dough in the middle, so I stopped coming. I stopped today and the little girl who runs the counter is extremely rude. I ask for donuts and she is irritated and very short. I asked about the order Donuts and she said she has no idea and does not offer to find out. I understand that you are depressed because you work in a donut shop, but go find something better for yourself. Do not have an attitude with me because I try to cheat my diet and you don't want to help me. I won't be back. I had to place a last-minute Christmas donut order for work, and the woman working there told me to come back in an hour so she could decorate them. "I am not the one to ever leave a comment on any restaurants or anywhere I go. But the customer service I got tonight was horrible. I asked the lady to give me 3 donuts and a caramel ice coffee. When I got to the window. The lady had given me 4 donuts and a drink that tasted like milk with whoop cream. I told her this is not what I asked for. Didn?t even made the attempt to get my order right and just demanded the money right away. All she did. Was smile and kept saying sorry. What kind of service is this.
