"Wow we were very pleased with the 3 breakfast and 1 lunch that we had during our stay at the Opal while eating in Bistro 245. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked exactly how we asked. The food was also obviously fresh. Ingredients matterright. The view outside of the water and cruise ships coming and going was spectacular. The service also was great. We had 3different servers during our stay and they were all over the top friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend whether you'restaying at the Opal or not."
