"This restaurant has new owners, and I’ve noticed an improvement in the quality of food and service. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. I ordered chicken parmigiana, but it arrived cold. I sent it back to be warmed up, but it still came back cold. To make matters worse, there was a bone in my chicken! My wife ordered the eggplant dish, and she said it was the worst she ever had. The eggplant wasn't cooked enough, and large pieces of mozzarella cheese were just tossed on carelessly. To top it off, our Caesar salad was served with our meals, but the waitress just placed everything on the table without any care. It felt like only two people were trying to run the whole restaurant. I had to ask for more water, and customers sitting outside had to walk in with their glasses to request refills. I also had a $100 gift card we received for Christmas, but they refused to honor it! This place used to be wonderful, but after this experience, we will never return. I truly don’t understand the positive reviews. I didn’t even want to speak to anyone there because I felt this would be my last visit."
