"Upon meeting the destination the greeting was not up to par. Some customer service need to be done. The dining experience was not that great, both my party and self was applaud at the service. It was a birthday celebration and it went downhill for the other party. Having appetizers, we used the cutlery and going on to the main course the cutlery was push aside to be used for the main course. That is a NO, No for us. The appetizer was great but the main course was oily. I expected great food but it was not. We recommend training of staff. The host served only two tables and the service was poor. Some cleaning was done and the remnants remained for as long as we were there by the cleaning staff.. Training in housekeeping needed. We recommend also that a little cushion be provided if requested by the customer, that will be greatly appreciated i am sure for those who have little rare posterior."
