"Came here to pick up a Door Dash order and everything was packaged nicely and we got exactly what we ordered. Our dinner included the pork boneless spare ribs and the jalapeno pork. This place made the food extra spicy as we requested and the meal was insanely delicious and flavorful. The quality of this food is incredible and is more than I could have hoped for. I needed to contribute and review this place because they deserve a better rating than they have. If you're looking for amazing flavor and genuine spice, look no further than Si Fu Ginger. "Service was friendly. Appreciated it being dog friendly. Outdoor patio was huge and nice for a fall evening dinner. Really enjoyed uplifting music from Brother Dan. Food was hit and miss. Some dishes were wonderful like the mushroom ravioli and pork belly. Portion sizes great. Bison medallions cooked perfectly however sauce with dish needed more flavor. Overall really nice ambience and enjoyable date night experience."

"I was surprised when they insisted I needed to bring the rice back for a refund, even though they didn't require my card to charge me twice earlier. At that point, I had already thrown the rice away, but they wouldn't process the refund unless I brought the rice in. I offered to send a picture, but that wasn't sufficient for them. Eventually, I had to dig the rice out of the trash and take what I could back to the restaurant. Not only was I dealing with the bug in my food, but I also wasted my time driving back to Oakwood to return the rice. When I got there, they claimed my refund had already been processed, which left me questioning why I had to make the trip in the first place. "On top of this place being ridiculously over priced, this is by far the worst rice I've seen in my entire life!!! Now I know can't nobody do like back home in St.Louis but this is utter trash. I decided I would order some plain fried fried and add my own ingredients when I got home. I was told that plain fried with just bean spouts is $9.50 which is higher than the shrimp fried rice!! I've been in the restaurant industry 15 years and I know the price point for shrimp and bean sprouts is no where near the same. Then I open my box and see this. The rice isn't even fried. Just soy sauce thrown on top. I understand it's Covid and all but this place deserves nobody's money when they're putting out this kind of mess."

The Kung Pao chicken was mostly made up of carrots, which seemed like an attempt to cover up the small portion of chicken. The dried Asian chips served with the meal were stale. "Honestly the worst customer service and experience I have EVER had. Placed an online order at 6:30PM for delivery to be scheduled at 7:15PM. Placed delivery instructions to call me upon arrival. An hour past the delivery time (8:15PM) I call to check on where my order is they said it'll be there soon, he just left with my food. 8:45PM rolls around and I still don't have my food, so I call again. The manager tells me that he will be there in ten minutes, but also during the call, the delivery guy comes back to the place with my food. I confirmed with two people, and checked my emailed receipt that my phone number was in fact correct. When I go to ask how they can make this situation better now that I am 1 hour and thirty minutes past my delivery time, and the food is likely cold.. I got yelled at by someone on staff and they told me they were going to refund my order and not deliver my food. One would think that with the restaurant at fault and my food being so late that they would try to make this work.. but nothing was done. The manager eventually told me the food was coming, with no refund. The food.... honestly nothing special. As expected, it was cold and everything had to be reheated. I got the chicken tikka masala and I thought it was pretty subpar compared to other Indian places I have had. Looking for my new ATL Indian spot, and unfortunately I just don't think this is it."
