"We ordered both the Old School the one with the apple crumble. It satisfied a craving for a decadent dessert. They were good, but too pricey to go back. There were no prices posted and we were a bit shocked at how much the total was. The counter person had no interest in being there. Was wearing 2 ear pods and could not tell if he was talking to someone or listening to music instead of minding the customers. Even though we told him we had never been there before, he had no interest in talking up the options. It was a missed opportunity to make someone desire to return."

"A MUST TRY! What more can I say besides letting my photos do the talking? I ordered a custom cinnamon roll topped with marshmallow frosting, edible cookie dough, and brownie pieces. It was absolutely delicious! As someone who is 5'6", weighs 189 pounds with a muscular build, I definitely enjoy eating and have a broad taste. This creamy, chewy, and gooey cinnamon roll is one of the best desserts I've had in quite some time."

"to go to cinnaholic was the highlight of my day! I was greeted by pinklina (I hope I got that right), and she patiently answered all my asking. I ordered 4 rolls, a keksteig and a crispy. I was the only customer in the load and after I had ordered, she told me if I didn't wait 15 minutes that I could get a new batch of roll. I was not in a hurry and the cinnamon rolls were worth waiting! while I was waiting for another worker, aj came out to let me know that I had only 7 minutes to wait for my roll what I liked. I was already so happy with the customer service, but once everything was packed, the both employees offered me to help me get to my car because I "m on crutching and it would have been incredibly difficult to do it alone. I hope that at my return all the employees work on the standard of pinklina and aj. let me just say my family and I sat around the table and tried everything and the two people who didn't know could not say it was vegan. While everything was good, we all agreed that the best the PB-Fosting, the cream cheese frosting and the caramel frosting with pecans. while the rolls themselves are not really gooey, they have perfected the sweetness ratio when they add frosting and toppings. if these amazing frostings were on a super sugary roll, they would be too sweet. this combo was right, and the warm cinnamony itself was soou good and the roll was a good size; it filled the entire container. I wish I had made pictures before we worship them. the brat was rich and decadent, and the keksteig tasted like keksteig. I'll be in vegas a few more days, and it'll make a point to go back before I go and every time I return! it seems that the owner really took into account the negative reviews (I read them before my visit and was not sure what I get) and make sure that customers get what we pay!"

"I had the pleasure of trying the bath and bounty (topped with cream brûlée frosting, raspberries, and caramel drizzle; omitting the almonds), Unicorn (strawberry frosting, sprinkles, marshmallows, and cinnamon dust), and a build-your-own cinnamon roll with maple frosting, brownie bites, marshmallows, and caramel. My favorite was the unicorn roll, though the build-your-own option was also incredibly rich and decadent. Despite the incident with the staff member, I have been a fan of Cinnaholic since 2012 and have been advocating for them to open in the Phoenix area. While this particular location is convenient for me, based on my experience, I would recommend exploring other options in Tempe instead."

"On November 20th, my son and I were outside of the restaurant, contemplating placing an order to try for the first time. However, our experience was unpleasant as we observed three teenagers working at the restaurant. Even my teenage son was taken aback and questioned if they had food handling certificates. Two of the boys, one with blonde hair and the other with orange hair, were seen trying to remove something from a girl's hair by digging through it. Additionally, a girl with black hair was observed picking her nose. As customers began to enter the restaurant, we noticed that no one washed their hands or used gloves. The girl with black hair continued to touch her nose while assisting customers. Although we did not take any pictures or videos out of respect for people's privacy, we hope that the manager addresses these hygiene concerns with the staff."

"I went in with low expectations and was surprised when I actually loved what I ordered!Cinnaholic is a bakery that specializes in gourmet cinnamon rolls. The bakery is known for its vegan options, the website notes: “All our products are made with the highest quality ingredients, and are 100% plant-based, dairy lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free.” This makes it a great choice for those with dietary restrictions.When I walked in there was only one employee who was assisting another customer. Once he finished with her he proceeded to work on what appeared to be a to go order. He did eventually greet me. He advised me of the speciality rolls they had, but also let me know I could customize one. After taking some time to look over the menu I opted for the Shake Rattle. And roll. This roll includes peanut butter frosting fresh bananas, pretzels and peanut butter cups- along with 1,032 calories!!! I ordered my roll to go. I ran to the rest room and by the time I came out it was ready!I could not wait to try this so I opted to eat it in the comforts of my car! Let me tell you- this roll was so tasty! I tasted every ingredient noted and it made my taste buds sing!! The cinnamon rolls was soft, gooey, and full of flavor. It is so hard to believe that it lacks all the typical ingredients of baked goods.Please note that they also offer other delights. In addition to cinnamon rolls, Cinnaholic offers cookies, brownies, and edible cookie dough!! I also saw a drink freezer and pretty sure they sell coffee too.I would highly recommend checking this spot out if you are in search of a sweet treat. It is a unique and delicious choice if you are in the area.A little extra note- they were featured on Shark Tank!!"

"Cinnaholic is YOUR spot for a vegan Cinnabon replacement. The shop is tucked on the strip and has a nice black and white color scheme with pockets of color around the floor and walls. Their cinnamon rolls are out of this world phenomenal and decadent! The best part? You can customize your rolls to make them even sweeter, maybe fruity, and richer. The people working there are efficient and informative with what you can order.I will say: their regular cinnamon rolls are a LOT to eat. They're super doughy, sweet, and packed with buttery vegan goodness! Personally, it's a challenge for me to eat one on my own, especially in one sitting. They're best to share, but their mini rolls are a great alternative!"

"I had discovered cinnaholic back in berkeley as a couple of omnivorous friends who worked there telling me about the best cinnamon rolls they had lived in theirs that they had found out much later were vegan and therefore safe for me to eat (because I have an ice allergy) I guess they only saw cinnamon, lol! the rolls are still big they have started! the baby backs (mini cinnamon rolls) seem to sell before I get almost every time there, but if they have them, it is fun that with a sortiment of freezings/toppings, so they try to several things. this situation is closer, fortunately, than the original berkeley one, but is still a bear for me to reach and park (although it is still a tad closer, now that I moved to milpitas.) it is probably better for my waist that this is not a simple place for me to reach, but I really hope that another twog of the load closer to open and with a parking space"
