"We have been supporting this establishment for almost 10 plus yrs now but never felt disrespected the way we did today. We went to have dinner this evening (me my wife and my 2 kids) my 4 yo daughter who has some GI issues and doesn 't really eat much there (due to lack of options for her) had her own food with her to eat so the rest of us can sit down and eat. Rather then accepting the business from 3 people they asked us to leave stating no outside food is allowed. We explained the reasons why we had the food with us and that 3/4 will be ordering but they declined our business and took the menus off the table after we were already seated. Not a good look for what we once deemed as one of the best in the area. Perhaps a quick thinking or insight as to why somebody would bring their own food to a establishment been helpful but alas! Needless to say we will never step a foot in that restaurant."

"This place was okay overall. My wife was disappointed, but we at least gave it a try. The salsa was way too watery and full of onions. The chicken nachos were a little pricey for $14, but came with a lot. I asked for the topping on the side including the beans. There was beans on the plate below the chips anyways. There wasn't white queso, only melted shredded cheese which was disappointing. The chicken tasted really good though, and it was a good portion size. The service was"

"Please see my picture attached. First of all, this is the most disgusting and unhygienic thing I've ever seen in my whole life. It's NOT okay. I thought it was a cup of pee. Why would I want to put my hands in a cup of soap that all the others who use the toilet room will put their hands in place. Do you tell me this restaurant can afford to buy a hand soap from the store for its customers? Just not right. And now for the real reason? get another star: my grandmother's birthday party was in one of the? VIP? Rooms of the restaurant. We had the reservation PAID until 9:30. If you think about a VIP location, think only for you and your guests. We had 40 minutes of our reservation when the hostess sat in other people in the room we had only reserved for our family. In my opinion, when you calculate back for a VIP experience, the minimum what you can do is allow your guests to leave the space for which they pay and do not feel hastily. The manager was very unprofessional and lacked any kind of customer service skills. She basically called my uncle a liar when we brought it to her attention that our reservation was set until 9:30. I recommend for future events as an institution to ask your customers to sign a written agreement. The manager whose name I believe was Elizabeth, ended the charges for the room from our bill, which I appreciate. But my family and I will not return to this restaurant. My grandmother's birthday party should be an intimate family moment and make us feel by bringing people into the room for which we paid was not the way to go about it."

"The pupusas were excellent, but I wasn’t impressed with the gallo pinto—I suppose being Costa Rican has made me a bit picky, or maybe I just have my preferences. The breaded chicken was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it. I'm torn between giving this place 3 or 4 stars due to the service, which I found lacking. I would describe it as indifferent. I've been here twice, and both times the service was consistently poor. I would definitely come back for the pupusas and the chicken, even though I know I’ll have to wait a while to get my order."

"The food is delicious, especially the sopas! The service is for take out orders, and it is best for lunch. The price per person is between $20 and $30. I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5. Highly recommended dishes include the pupusas. Finding parking may be a bit challenging, but there is a free parking lot available."

"The food is excellent and authentic, and prices are not expensive. Atmosphere is a humble, down to earth small cafe that seats about 20 people. Service: although the young ladies are very sweet and capable, there was a lot of forgetting stuff like, tortillas on one order, rice and salad garnish in another order. We will be going back, as I cannot resist the enchiladas and puffy tacos.. Parking: Parking spots are in front of cafe, about 4 spots. We parked in a spot of closed business next to cafe"

"This could go down as one of my worst Mexican meals that I can remember. Here is a rundown of each dish: Chicken Soup: looked like canned chicken broth with some carrots and squash. Little flavor and not good Nachos: scary…..cheese was from can like the creamy one. No sign of real cheese. A couple small pieces of chicken and a bit of pico on top. Chicken Fajitas: bland would be an understatement. Just not restaurant quality by any stretch Burrito: my son ate it and didn’t complain. But when asked he said Chipotle is a 5 star restaurant compared to this place. Service: each step of the way I had to ask: Can I have a fork Can I have a spoon Do tortillas come with fajitas Is there any salsa The waiter was alone, but all these things could have been brought prior to our food. She also looked annoyed with every request. The killer is they added 18% gratuity on top do the bill. The waiter said it’s legal, but no other restaurant did it during out stay in Baltimore. Won’t be coming back anytime soon."

"We ate there today and the service and food was great. The only thing that ruined our whole experience, was the urine smell coming from the restroom. It was nauseating. It's a shame that they would not do a better job of restroom sanitizing. It was aneat establishment, with good food and great wait staff, but that nauseous smell would keep me from wanting to return. Ismelled it when I walked in the front door, so it wasn't like it was contained to the restroom. I wasn't sure if it was justmold or a sewer smell, but I confirmed what it was, when I went to wash my hands. I hope they correct this before I try them onemore time."

"The happy hour at this restaurant is quite good! I went for dinner and tried the Pupusa, which were incredibly cheesy and delicious. The curtido was spicy. I also shared the Don-Ramon-Nachos, which had a mix of beef and chicken. I preferred the beef as it was tender and flavorful. Next time, I will only order the beef."
