"Utterly Disappointed by this Place Customer Service. Food was ?OK?. But The waiting Staff is absolutely ridiculous. 1. They charged for bottle of Water, Which we never asked for and they dont have Bottle of water on their menu as well in beverages. Almost $2 for a bottle? Ridiculous.. 2. It was Only 2 people and They have charged me 15% gratuity but their menu says, 15% will be added Only for a Party of 5. The Girl Already decided that We Should Tip them 15%. (Not that I wouldn?t but The Attitude of informing me was rude and Ridiculous) 3. No Spoons or Napkins were given or available on the table. The Experience for being their First time absolutely sucked, And No- They were not busy. Look at the time on the check. I will not recommend this place nor would I go there again. A bad Customer Service is a No Go for me even If their food was OK. Go through the check and Make sure you are charged right, Dont get distracted with the waiting Staff conversation, felt like that was the motive of distraction."
