I noticed two white women with blonde hair and blue eyes walk in, and he immediately attended to them while completely ignoring me. While I understand that he needs to prioritize other customers, I still intended to order food from the restaurant.
I tried to ask him a straightforward question about whether I should cancel my order through Uber Eats or in person, but he ignored me again. Even when I asked politely if I could still place an order, he wouldn't respond. I left feeling upset and in tears because I was raised to be respectful and not to cause a scene in public.
A professional employee would have helped me place a new order, but unfortunately, that was not my experience at Slyce. I will not be returning, and it is disheartening to see that such behavior still exists in today’s society."
