"Surprisingly good burger for a chain BBQ restaurant. I already think that Earl's makes the second best BBQ in the OKC metro (behind Swadley's). Recently, a friend recommended their hamburger. I was skeptical since I have had too many frozen-then-thawed, minimally seasoned patties at other chains that don't focus on burgers. However, since I trust my friend's burger recommendations, I gave Earl's hamburger a try. I got it on the wheat bun with grilled onions and mustard. Wow! It surpassed my expectations.
