"The food is good but the service is horrible. The girl who was working there today was slow and out of it , lazy to even close my box of fries and the Mexican cook in the back was blowing kisses to my girl while I was ordering and I felt something was wrong because she wasn’t talking the whole time . When we leave she tells me about the cook and I go back and told him about himself and he was lucky we was in the middle of the city because I didn’t want to cause a scene but let him know anywhere else I would have put hands on him . You should be doing your job not blowing kisses to peoples partners .. he should be fired"

"I ordered one chicken tender and their bacon mac fries from the a la carte menu at this restaurant. It was outstanding! The watermelon flavored soda was okay. They also offer refillable fountain drinks. The men's room was clean and they have their own parking lot. You can order ahead or use the drive-thru. The atmosphere was nice, with pop art on the walls and good lighting. Overall, I think they are better than Popeyes, even though I still like Popeyes. I hope this chain is successful. For vegetarians, they offer plain French fries as an option."

"I just placed a pickup order online, and while the food is good, they really need to improve their customer service. When I walked in, there were three people at the counter waiting to order, and the staff member completely ignored us. She didn't acknowledge anyone or say she'd be with us shortly; in fact, she didn't even make eye contact and just continued with her tasks. After a few minutes, the other customers walked out, but since I had already paid, I had to wait. There was only one other customer eating, so I finally had to say, "Excuse me, I'm here to pick up an order." All I got in response was, "What's your name?" I took my order back only to find they had given me the wrong fries; the receipt stated regular fries, but I received Cajun instead. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. Also, the floor was extremely slippery, and I almost fell because there seemed to be grease or something near the back door, especially since it was raining today. They could have easily faced a lawsuit over that."

"This place started out honest and good until they stopped caring. My coworkers and I would order from here frequently but never again. Last month I ordered, and for the first time the batch I was given was stale, but I received a refund. Last week I placed a large order and they left out items. I ordered again and I was told there was no one to deliver my order so I would receive a refund... well no one has reached back to me or responded. My coworkers and I will never order from here again, sad because I used to love this place."

"For years, Sticky's was my go-to spot for lunch and a late night snack. I always got the veggie fingers even though there's a wait. When I moved away from NYC, Sticky's would be the first place I visited upon my return.Now, they have removed the veggie fingers from the menu indefinitely. So disheartening, bring them back!!"

"This is easily the worst one out of all the ones I?ve been to in New York City! The people at the one on 14th St. obviously don?t want to work there and don?t care if they get their job done right or done wrong! Look at how many fries I got and the girl had the worst attitude because I asked her a simple question and they weren?t even busy! The line is run terribly I just came at 12:30 and there were literally so many people in line to order just because they couldn?t manage"

"2nd time eating stickeys. im actually disappointed. The Crunchy Buffalo Ranch Signature was pretty good but the Truffle Parm Fries were soooo salty i could barely eat them. The first time i ordered them they were delicious but this time around i was not happy at all."
