"I went to this restaurant for lunch and waited in line for 15 minutes before the cashier took the order of the person who was first in line, even though there were 3 people in front of me. I, along with about 3 other customers, decided to leave immediately. I will not be returning to this establishment as I feel my time was wasted. I could have easily driven to KFC, placed my order, returned to Popeyes, and still been waiting in line. Something is clearly lacking in the quality of service at this restaurant. There were not an excessive amount of customers, so there is no reason why the staff couldn't handle the workload efficiently. Even if I had the time, I wouldn't want to wait 20 minutes before placing my order. I had to settle for lunch at the gas station instead of enjoying delicious chicken, all because this restaurant is unable to take care of their customers. It is evident that the food is well-prepared and appetizing, so it shouldn't be difficult to put it in a box and take my money. I will instead choose to frequent businesses where the employees genuinely care about providing good service and are willing to work hard. I won't be returning to this restaurant in the future, even though I know it is conveniently located. If I were the owner, I would prioritize improving the quality of service. There are many other nearby restaurants that could easily compete with this one and come out on top."
