"Made a reservation for Saturday dinner to celebrate my birthday. The reviews and photos made it seem like a great place for Italian dining, so decided to give it a try. The waiter said the special was Lamb that was shredded and a pasta with a demi glaze sauce. We later heard the waiter telling other tables about several other specialties for the evening. I ordered the Lamb and was surprised when a plate of pasta came and no shredded meat was visible or that I could taste. This was a $30 dish and I thought surely this was a mistake. The waiter returned the plate to the kitchen and apologized. I was offered another entree and selected the Veal scallopini. I've had it other places and thought I knew what to expect. Surprise, again where's the meat? What came to the table was a long flatbread style plate with 2, 1/4 inch crispy rounds of breaded something with a mound of greens in between. They were hard, dry, and inedible. We ended up going to another restaurant."
