"The berry lemonade was quite sweet and strong, so we'll make sure to ask for a cup of ice water to dilute it next time. As for my own creation, it featured a delightful pistachio pesto sauce topped with sausage, various cheeses, artichoke hearts, and fresh basil, and it was fantastic. I also added Kalamata olives, but their flavor was a bit too strong for my taste, so I’ll skip those in the future. I’m planning to recreate that combination and possibly add the fresh basil after baking to prevent it from drying out, as I remember my first pizza at the South Jordan location being perfect—the basil was warm yet not overly crisp. It was simply delicious.
Surprisingly, my husband preferred my pizza over the Verdure he ordered, though he still enjoyed both the food and the ambiance. We will definitely be back, and we’re inclined to go for takeout next time. I do wish they offered larger pizza sizes and had black olives as an option, as authentic Italian-style pizza in Italy tends to be more generous in every way. Nevertheless, we were thrilled to discover this tasty gem nearby! It’s a bit hard to spot from Main Street unless you’re in the adjacent shopping mall. I just wish we had found it sooner!"
