"The portion sizes were generous, and the food was served hot and promptly. The highlight of our visit was our server, Jolie. She was very friendly and welcoming, always wearing a genuine smile. I noticed her keeping an eye on our table from afar to ensure we had everything we needed. It was evident that she truly enjoys her work, which is a refreshing change from the norm in many places these days. From now on, I will request to sit in her section. Thank you, Ms. Jolie!"

"I read the reviews before I wrote that. carrabba’s is always on my list of places to go when a decision is made to eat: as in it’s review, this review covers the last few paintings I visited, and I must admit, service seems to have a hit, the last time I went. my steak was raw and we really did not see our server until we were done. the rest of my trio was good. (we also had another steak order and spaghetti and meatball order and that was good that i always enjoyed carrabba, in the did the previous time that I went, service was slightly delayed and much to my surprise, we were not charged for the meal. we have not complained about the waiting. it's funny because I ordered a desert so I could leave the waiter a nice tip: I would give them definitiw 5 stars for the previous two visits, but this last visit was not quite normal for us. the Undercook-Steak waited for the table good 10 15 minutes before we saw our server again. I hope I can check a better one next time, but I thought the feedback was important."

"Update: I normally do not reply to responses, but I want to make it clear that my group did not stop in for free entertainment. We didn’t notice the $30 minimum sign until after we had ordered, but we did in fact purchase food items. And I am certain that the couple that we were with did meet the required threshold. We understand that business is business, but in all actuality, this situation was handled very poorly. I’ve never been asked to get up and sit outside of an establishment in which I was a paying patron until tonight. This was my second time visiting with my husband and another couple. We enjoyed ourselves so much the first time that we decided to come back for another lively night of live music, but the experience we had tonight made us all feel very uncomfortable. We understand that this is a very high demand spot and reservations are recommended, but our original plans fell through so we decided to give cafe centro a try. The Hostess right away let us know that all of the tables were reserved but let us know that the bar was free and was first come first served. We aren’t big drinkers so we originally did not want to be seated at the bar, but we figured a seat at the bar was better than not being able to sit at all. Before sitting at the bar, we asked her to put us down in case a table became available. From my understanding, once we were seated, we were free to enjoy the entertainment for as long as we desired, but a couple of hours into the live show, the same hostess came and let us know that a table never became available but asked that we give up our seats at the bar and go outside to continue observing the show in order to make room for other patrons. This would normally have not been an issue, but the first time we visited, we observed the patrons at the bar enjoying themselves the entire evening, never being asked to leave. So we were caught off guard by her request and found it somewhat inappropriate. We eventually left, but it left a poor taste and we don’t plan to return."

"This used to be our favorite restaurant, so we decided to give it three more chances. Unfortunately, we're officially done now. I'm not sure what changed, but the service has been incredibly slow, and we've had to wait forever for our meals. On my last visit, they even handed me a dirty wine glass! It was such a disappointment. The tables were dirty, the upholstery on the benches was torn, and the food just isn't what it used to be. The only redeeming factor is that the soup is still excellent, which is why I gave it one star. However, it's just not worth going back. There are plenty of other great places around, so we will not be returning."

"GLAD I TRIED! I went here cause another place in the same strip was unexpectedly closed. The place was clean, quiet and nice air conditioning. I went to the sit down restaurant and the guy just said sit anywhere you like which I love. Dear Reader I didn 't have an exotic meal but I had simple food which is may favorite and it was just right. *Bread Rolls: Served warm, with plenty of butter. Not room temp with me begging for butter. *House Salad: Cold and Crisp. Nice chunky bleu cheese dressing. *Calamari: Very happy with it not overdone, a nice flaky fry. *Cheese Pizza: Nice and hot, really loved everything about it from flavor to sauce to cheese amount to crust. Service was fine I saw the waiter handle special requests happily. Reasonable on price too in my opinion. Anyhow, while these are simple dishes they were ALL good and maybe that is a hint for other things on the menu, maybe not. But I 'll be going here again."

"I have always loved miceli and go at least once a year. eating is fantastic, no matter what I'm doing. I am impressed by the remarkable musical talent of the waiting staff, which can easily be found on the theatre stage and enjoy their wide repertoire on borrowers. if they make a reservation, they will sit in time. this last visit, however, was awfully loud. the microphones and loudspeakers for the interpretation seemed to be turned on low volume, because I could hardly hear the music and singers. I was there several times in the busy Saturday and Friday evenings and was able to hear the music well. Maybe in this night there were unusual robbers. I was there for lunch when there was no show and eating is great, even if you don't get the live music show."

"My husband and I wanted to enjoy a New Years Eve, Eve dinner for our anniversary and the staff was so wonderful! The place was very busy and our waitress took amazing care of us despite the crowds. "I typically don't enjoy dining at chain restaurants, but Carrabba's is the exception. The food is consistently delicious and the menu offers some creative options. It's a great value for the price. I find it amusing how some Zagat reviewers can be so arrogant. It's fine if they don't like the restaurant, as everyone has their own taste preferences. However, the way they express their negative opinions can come across as elitist and disrespectful."

"11/18/2022 Update: Manager called me within 20mins of us leaving and addressed situation. The problem in the back was found and taken care of. She was very apologetic and encouraged us to come back to either Beaumont location and give them another chanceand they would take care of us. We attempted to eat here. Our mozzarella cheese stick appetizers came out and they were stillfrozen. The waitress was nice and apologized and brought us fresh ones out. Then while my husband was eating his main course,Shrimp Caprice, he chewed on something hard and had to spit it out. It was a metal wire inside his mozzarella cheese in hispasta dish. The waiter again came and apologized. We all instantly stopped eating. The manager never came to the table. I walkedup to the hostess and told her we would be leaving and why. She and the other workers around her just stared at us. She thensaid they think the metal came off a scrub brush in the kitchen. She said they would take his plate off the charge. I told herwe had barely touched our food and at this point did not feel safe eating it and had lost our appetite. I told her we would notbe paying for the food. No manager ever came to address the issue. The waitress though was amazing and very apologetic."

"Very lightly populated with people sitting appropriately apart. Only one waitress, which caused her to get her order 's confused causing her to bring me chicken Alfredo, instead of chicken parmesan. After asking for unsweetened tea she filled my glass with sweet tea. The waitress then tried to gaslight me insisting I had ordered chicken Alfredo, but that because I had changed my mind the order would take longer. Originally she had offered me a discount if I went ahead and ate what she gave me instead of what I ordered. After having worked in food service over three decades her insisting I ordered wrong was a first, but the slow service and recook cost them a star. Bread and oil were very tasty, the light breading on the calamari was very good. The chicken parmesan was excellent.? She still charged me full price."
