"positiw, our waitress was really nice, eating was very good. con bar service was terrible. it took 15 minutes to get our cocktails, and the explanation was that they run low on the glasses. I've never heard that before. then we ordered a bottle of wine with our escapes. Surprisingly, the glasses came away immediately, but lasted 20 minutes to get the bottle. we were almost done when it finally came."

"Service: Our waiter was the best thing at the restaurant. He was amazing, I wish I could remember his name. It was my boyfriend's birthday and he brought us a cake without me even have to ask. He was very kind and attentive. Him and the drinks would be the only reason I return. Oh and the mashed potatoes lol. Appetizers: Crisp Chili Calamari and Alaskan King Crab Cake. The calamari was fried nicely, but it literally had no taste. I love calamari, but this was just so bland. The crab cake was what I was looking forward to the most and I was so disappointed. It was nasty. For $45 I was expecting more flavor, chunkier crab meat and just a better experience. Entrees: C.A.B Prime Ribeye, Sautéed Spinach, Whipped Potatoes, 4 Cheese Macaroni (I believe we added lobster). The Ribeye was dry, we got it medium well(I know I know, but they should have been able to get it to that temp without drying the steak out). The sautéed spinach was also bland. The whipped potatoes were the best thing that came to the table. The macaroni was the next runner up. Drinks: Lychee Martini and The Ritz Lychee has a very acquired taste, if you've never tried it, maybe wait to try the martini. Not saying it was nasty, I just don't think I acquired the taste for it lol. The Ritz was a great drink."

"It was my husbands 50th Birthday and I put this on my reservation. We went with our two daughters. We were asked if we preferred a table or cozy booth. We chose the booth and the ambiance and comfort was nice. Someone came by to mention about our special occasion so I was glad they knew. Then we noticed others around us had excellent service but we had one waiter and were somehow being switched between two waiters. We ordered drinks and appetizers to start. My sangria which was supposed to be citris and berries had zero berries and tasted too citrus. When I mentioned it, I was without a drink for a very long time and had to ask for the waiter. Our appetizers were served without small plates so we had to eat from the bowl until we asked. We finished our appetizers but the girls were hungry and we were waiting. Others got served bread but we didn’t until we had to ask twice. When I finally got my drink, it had one berry but I was told due to the wait, it was on them. Our other waiter came by later to ask about my drink and I told him honestly it was just okay. He did bring me another drink and then we had a long wait til our meal. Finally the food came out and it was amazing! Perhaps our experience would be good going on. We ordered dessert and I thought they would put a candle in the dessert for my husband. They did not so I figured it was too fancy of a place for that... Except as we were paying the check, the other table in front of us, the waiter brought a beautiful huge piece of cake with a candle, and the table started singing Happy Birthday! How disappointing on such a special occasion. On the check, I noticed we weren’t charged for drinks or dessert but in the end, it wasn’t the experience we wanted. It just unfortunate that we got stuck with staff that may not have been the regular wait staff at our table while others right in front of us got excellent service."

"We had an average Italian meal in North Boston. Dishes we had were gnocchi, lobster ravioli, spaghetti and meatballs, salmon, and caprese salad. The only item we’d order again was the salad. No tiramisu /dessert is available! You get sent across the street to Dolce. The pizzas coming out looked good, but we didn’t have any room. Our server, Constantine was great! We’d go back for Constantine!"

That was a very derogatory comment/question. out of of us ate Miami Spice and our bills totalled over $ anyway!! Also, why a tip ON THE CHECK???? Tips are NOT MANDATORY!!!! They are a reflection of service, we did not argue it but ITS ABUSIVE AND MAKES WAITERS NOT TRY THEIR BEST AS THEY ALREADY MADE THE TIP!!! NOT UNDERSTAND why your restaURANT WOULD NOT GIVE OPEN TABLE MEMBERS THE POINTS EARNED BY MAKING A RESERVATION WITH THEM! I dont even understand this attitude!!! Would not recommend this place at all just because of the service we received. Food moderately good, not the very best for the price"

"I have been to Saltwater twice for dinner and had two great meals and very good service. Went this past Sunday for Sunday brunch we had a group of people. We were the only ones in the restaurant for most of the brunch time and our food was not very good all complained that the food was cold my omelet was so cold the cheese was no longer melted by the time I received it. The Lobster Roll from the main menu was such a disappointment. I recommend for dinner but I would not advise anyone to go for brunch"

"I visited the new restaurant before they had obtained their liquor license, so I can't comment on their alcohol selection. They did offer us complimentary glasses of wine, which was a nice touch. I ordered the rosemary thyme chicken with cauliflower on the side. The cauliflower was delicious, perfectly charred with citrus notes. However, the chicken was a disappointment. It was pink on the inside and I couldn't eat it. The menu stated the dish came with mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and gravy, but it was completely different when I received it. This lack of transparency was disappointing. My friends ordered the grouper and loved it. Overall, I would give it 3/5 stars. The service was good and the atmosphere was welcoming, but the communication about the food was lacking. I'm not sure if I would give it another try."

"Was with some friends at the nearby motel and we needed a restaurant open in the later hours, and Charlie's was very ideal, being just across the street, so we paid a visit. Excellent atmosphere with that somewhat darker interior that befit the place, but very warm and welcoming in the staff and the service providers. I selected the cheese tortellini with pesto cream. It was a most appetising fare, and the bread sticks were hot and fresh, perfect for the leftover sauce on my plate. Many thanks to the chefs and other staff for a pleasant dining experience. "Great food! We ordered some basic entrées that were incredibly well-prepared. We had the spaghetti and meatballs as well as the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. For our appetizer, we enjoyed the mozzarella caprese. For dessert, we had the panna cotta. Anthony did an excellent job! Please consider paying the servers more than minimum wage. We've usually eaten before taking pictures, so don't blame Anthony for the poor presentation in the photos."
