"I order from here every other week and never usually have a problem. After picking up my order I got to my car and checked my order before driving away. My order was wrong. I went back inside to correct it and one of the servers told me ?For one, you?renot holding it right, the food is going to fall.? The way she worded this and her tone was rude. I went to pick up this orderwith my toddler, left thinking that everything would be right, then had to come back inside for THEIR mistake, and instead ofimmediately apologizing she had to make a comment about the way I was holding my to go container? When I told her her commentwas unnecessary she didn?t apologize and neither did the owner when I explained it to him. In fact, he laughed and said hedidn?t know what to say. I expected a sincere apology but unfortunately didn?t get that. I don?t know what customer service iscoming to these days, but I?m disappointed that I didn?t receive good service this time. Customers are who are giving theseservers and workers a pay check. Therefore we should be treated kindly and respectfully. Certain things do not need to be said,or this server could at least have worded things differently, acknowledging their mistake or messing up my order instead ofmaking a comment about the way I was holding my food container."
