"Came in tonight, ordered the drinks thru the kiosk and left to go grab food next door Togo. Came back 10 mins and the drinks was not ready. Didn 't say anything and was jus patiently waiting. The girl that was working there ask me verbatim, is there a problem? , told her I am waiting for my drinks. She grabbed my receipt from me, and said, I 'll make your drinks now . No sorry, no oops, no nothing. AND she forgot boba in my drinks and it wasn 't good to top it off. I would like a refund for wasting my calories and my time"

"Quinoa Kitchen is customer oriented. I received my order on 12/28/23, but it was the wrong one. I called and explained that my order was incorrect. I was advised that they could replace it today or give me a refund. I was hungry now and had nothing to eat at home, so I asked them to replace it. They agreed, unfortunately, I had no way to pick it up that's the reason I ordered through DoorDash. Although my address was far from their location, they had my new order delivered to me by Relay! I received updates via text messages from Quinoa Kitchen and Relay regarding my new order. The sweet potato fries were actually waffle fries and tasty. They weren't salty (just the way I like them). I reheated them in my toaster oven because of the distance and cold weather. I had half of the Veggie Quinoa Black Bean Burger for breakfast this morning. It's a bit spicy to me (but only because I don't eat spicy food) and delicious. They were generous with the avocado. The Wild Salmon Bowl is tasty and I received a large portion of salmon. The Carrot Cake Raw (vg) is smaller than I expected, but love that it's vegan and made with all natural ingredients. I like the taste. Looking forward to trying other dishes from Quinoa Kitchen. I recommend this restaurant for it's healthy food and customer service!"

"I have found a new favorite restaurant here. It is clean, friendly, and offers a simple menu where everything I've tried tastes amazing. The acai bowl is just the right portion size, fresh, and delicious. Although they have seating available, I have always opted for takeout. The restaurant is conveniently located in a shopping center (next to Citibank) with plenty of parking available. Some of my other favorites on the menu are the Ginger/Lemon and Ginger/Lemon/Cayenne drinks that they can make to go. They are great for refreshing the system. Another favorite of mine is the cold pressed coffee, a must-try dish."

"I went there for a chik'n salad wrap. I used to go there a while back, so I expected to be able to get one. Usually their soups are good, and the Chia pudding's are good. The girl behind the counter told me that they didn't have it. She said They bring that in sometimes. ? Mind you, I've always had a sandwich made for me in the past. She basically told me all they had today 12pm weekday were the 2 sandwiches in the case. A huge case with only two sandwiches. I was really surprised. I got one of them and I forgot how much I didn't like it because it was always way too spicy. Hint: most vegans don't like a ton of seasonings on their food It was the Thai hummus wrap. When I got home and went to eat it, it was very watery-the wrap was just gross. I'm pretty sure it was sitting there since the day before-maybe longer. I sent an email through their site but they never replied back. I seriously don't think they should have something on their menu that they won't make for you. They were not busy at all. So disappointed that I won't be going back."

"I ordered the black sugar Assam and tried all the macaron flavors. Usually, macarons tend to taste quite similar, but these were bursting with flavor! The rose lychee flavor was absolutely spot on! Additionally, this was the best boba I've ever had. Wow! The tapioca had the perfect texture."

"I cannot say enough good things about our dinner experience at Scarlet Kitchen last night. The service was outstanding, Natalie was a wonderful server who consistently checked on our water glasses and cleared our plates promptly. The food was truly exceptional! We started with the Brussels sprouts as an appetizer - the sear on them was delicious and the bacon jam added a perfect touch. The New Zealand lamb chops were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"This is a really great place with unique food options, packed with flavor, huge portions (I think their bowls are even larger than Chipotles) and a great option if you have food allergies or want something healthy on the go. I am from out of town, but whenever I am passing through I stop here! Their cilantro sauce is fantastic. My only negative comment would be that even asking for no chili peppers, their food can be spicy. Even the kids bowls the falafel was super spicy and my little guy could not eat it. Worth mentioning wish I had known. :)Vegetarian options: They have customisable bowl options, and you can build it however you want it. They are also very good at labeling what is vegetarian etc.Dietary restrictions: You can build your own bowls, adding whatever you want. There are a lot of dairy free, gluten free options as well as low fat options."

"Delicious isn’t justice enough. The food was divine. The avocado toast sandwich was beyond excellent. The crunchy toasted bread had this hint of salty butter but it was vegan “ Nooch” I believe. The home fries were perfect. The beet burger was cause in itself to come back. Someone recommended if we had room left over to definitely try the short stack of chocolate chip pancakes. Oh my were there right. Their maple syrup and coconut butter that comes with it made these the best pancakes I’ve every tasted in my life!!"
