"This charming coffee and wine bar offers fantastic baked goods and has a friendly staff. Unfortunately, it seems that Loyola plans to demolish the entire neighborhood soon, tearing down this lovely historic property with TIF funding provided by the city. It’s disheartening to see Loyola disregard the concerns of many residents. I had hoped we finally had a good alderperson, but it appears that developers' donations to local politicians carry more weight than the voices of the community."
