"I took a picture of my receipt to document my wait time. I placed my order at 7:31, and by 7:57, I still hadn't received my meal. Normally, I would enjoy eating here because the food is good, but on this occasion, it was frustrating.
Having worked in retail for over a decade, including food service, I usually give employees the benefit of the doubt when it comes to slow service. However, this experience was unacceptable. It was unclear what the staff was doing, and they appeared overwhelmed with no line or rush, yet the dining room was filled with customers waiting for their food.
I’m not sure if it was everyone's first day on the job or if they were just unorganized, but there was a lack of coordination. No one seemed to know who was in charge, which orders were done, or how to work as a team.
I've never felt compelled to write a review before, but this poor service warranted it. I hope whoever reads this feedback takes it seriously and addresses the issues. My main goal is to raise awareness and help improve the experience for others."
