"During our most recent visit, we noticed that four biscuits we had paid extra for were missing, as well as the gravy for our mashed potatoes and macaroni. When we called to report the issue, we were assured it would be resolved. However, tonight, we encountered a dismissive attitude from a staff member who questioned us with “Where’s the receipt?” as if it was our fault for not bringing proof. We had no idea we would need it, and we're not even certain we received one in the first place. It was quite frustrating. It felt as though she suspected we were trying to take advantage of the situation, despite the fact that we had just placed an order totaling $45-$50. Clearly, we were not trying to con anyone."
