I absolutely love the brisket, and given the price, the options are great, especially with dessert to take home. Shik is my go-to spot, and I only consider other restaurants when it's busy or when others prefer to go elsewhere. Sometimes their dishes don't quite match my memories, but the quality of the meat makes up for it. I always have enough to thoroughly enjoy my meal. By the way, the salad dressing is essentially brisket sauce, so definitely ask for extra for dipping. Not every place offers brisket sauce, and since brisket is my go-to, it's a make-or-break factor for me. I feel like the quality of the rice papers has declined, but I really come here for the meat. I always get my sauces and high-quality meat."
